I looked out of the bedroom window to see Jennie entering what I think was her phone number into Tao's phone. He didn't look too happy about it though.
When the sun set, it was time for me to take Jennie to the restaurant for her to work my shifts. I tried to stay away from home cause my parents think I'm going to work and they think Jennie is going out to another party.
At the restaurant, I helped Jennie put on her apron and she immediately had more than three tables to serve.
While she was working, I was just wandering around the streets enjoying the cool breeze until my phone began buzzing. It was a text from Tao that read:
'Meet me at the park now.'
I jogged to the nearby park to see him sitting on a wooden bench. I approached him and said, " Hey."
"Hi," he replied, " I bought this for you."
He then handed me an iPhone X. I thought I was going to cry tears of joy as I had been longing for one forever.
" Thank you so much!" I hugged him.
" No problem, " he answered, " If you need anything, you can call me.''
" Thanks again," I said.
We then said our goodbyes to each other and went our separate ways. I returned to the restaurant to see an angry customer yelling at Jennie.
" Woah! What the hell happened here!" I exclaimed, examining the area. There was soup everywhere.
" You see, uh," Jennie explained, " I was serving him soup, then I tripped on someone's chair and it spilled everywhere."
" Jennie!" I yelled.
" You two go home, I'll handle this," Lisa said, pushing us out of the restaurant.
" Okay, thanks," I thanked her.

Jennie and I arrived home and crept through our bedroom window as we reached home past our curfew.
" I'm gonna go take a shower," Jennie said.
" Okay," I replied.
She then crept past Amma's room and into the bathroom. I'm surprised she didn't get caught cause Amma's room has no door.
While I was waiting for her, I took out the phone that Tao gave me, charged it and saved everybody's number in it.
Not realizing Jennie was in the room, she snatched the phone out of my hand and asked, " Where did you get this?"
" I got it from Tao," I answered as a small smile began to form on my face.
She threw the phone back onto my bed and stormed towards her side of the room. I began to wonder if she was jealous.
( Jennie's POV )
Okay, she finally got a new phone. I should be happy for her, but she got it from Tao. He spent his money on her. He should've gotten me something too.
Anyway, he probably got it for her because he pitied her. It could've been worse, he could've bought her a mansion. I really hope he doesn't get her a mansion next...
( Tao's POV )
I bought Jisoo that phone because she deserves way more than that old, boring iPhone 4 she has. She doesn't even deserve that obnoxious grandmother of hers. Jennie told me all about her. I wanna go out with her, she seems different from other girls...
