Lisa's POV

This past month me and Derek have been out on multiple dates, no we have not made it official, but we basically do everything a couple does, we hold hands, we cuddle, we even kiss every now and then, He definitely proved to me he is not the guy like I thought he was, He is so sweet, my family is starting to really like him, so the whole bet thing is not even a issue anymore, I have been a lot happier here lately since I've started hang out with him all the time, tonight we have a movie night at my house since nobody is home. After a while I heard him knocking on my door and I went and answered
"Hey" I said smiling and he smiled
"Hey" he said as he gave me a hug and came in
"So what movie are we watching?" He asked
"I don't know actually" I said and he spoked up
"Can we please watch a horror movie?" He said
"Um...no!" I said and he gave me a look
"Come on lise please!" He asked and he gave me a puppy dog face
"But Derek I don't like horror movies" I said and he looked at me
"Come on, I'll have my arm around and comfort you the whole time" he said and I smiled
"Come on lise" He begged and I laughed
"Fine, whatever" I said as i grabbes the remote and got om netflix and he laughed
"Yes" he said and I just shook my head and I finally found a horror movie to watch and went and sit down next to him and then he put his arm around me as the movie started and I cover us up with a blanket and then I finally rested my head on his chest, I never felt so comfortable like this with anyone before and then he spoked up
"So lise, I have a question.." He asked
"What is it?" I asked and he spoked up
"You haven't met my family yet, and we are going on a boat next weekend since I am home, so will you come?" He asked and I smiled
"Well sure, that actually sounds like a lot of fun!" I said and he smiled
"Well great!" He added and I laughed and he spoked up
"So one more question, which I have been thinking about this for a while" he said and I took a breath
"Okay" I said and he spoked up
"I still I don't know what to introduce you as" he said and I gave a weird look
"What do you mean?" I asked
"Well I can't say you're just my friend, because were definitely not just friends" he said and I nodded

"So I was wondering" he said and spoked up
"I really like you Lisa" he said and I smiled
"I really like you too" I said and he smiled
"So will you like to be my girlfriend? I mean..I've been meaning to ask you before but I didn't want to rush it" he said and I smiled
"Well I would love to be your girlfriend" I said and he smiled and pressed his lips against mine and pulled away and smiled
"You won't regret it" he said and I smiled and kissed him once
