Lisa's POV
Me and Derek has been back together for a month now, and its been great, he's been giving my space and everything, We are at the store right now getting stuff to make for dinner, and we were holding hands as we were just walking back to his car in the parking lot and this old married couple stopped us and the old lady spoked up
"Oh my god, you guys are so adorable" she said and we smiled
"Awe, well thank you" I said with a laugh and Derek smiled
"How long have you guys been together?" She asked
"A year" Derek answered and she smiled
"Ah, cute, young love is precious" she said "I've been with this guy for 50 years now, 5 kids and everything " she said as she put her arm around him and he smiled
"And we will be together just about 50 years more" he said to her and kissed her cheek and I couldn't help but smile at them, it was really cute
Derek's POV
We were standing here talking to this older married couple, and they are talking to us about their lives, which usually I get annoyed by that stuff, but with it coming from an older couple is pretty amazing, they are literally goals, and by the way Lisa is smiling I can tell she is thinking the same thing. The guy spoked up as they were getting ready to walk off
"You got yourself a pretty girl there sonny, take care of her" he said as he pat my back and I smiled
"All of my life sir" I said as I squeezed Lisa hand tighter and she laid her head on my arm and they walked off and she spoked up
"That's so beautiful" she said smiling and I smiled
"Yeah 50 years is amazing" I said and she smiled
"50 years more" she repeated as she smiled and I looked down at her and smiled
"So what are you thinking?" I asked and she smiled
"I'm thinking that's exactly what I wanna have" she said and I smiled
"Me too" I said and she looked up at me and I kissed her forehead and she spoked up
"So, do you wanna have kids someday" she asked looking at me and I smiled and nodded
"Well of course, I wouldn't be with you if I didn't, I know you love kids and that's your dream, but I really want a family, that's important" I said and she smiled and peck my lips
"I love you Derek" she said and I smiled
"I love you too lise"
