Lisa's POV

I didn't get home last night until 4:00am and didn't get to sleep til 6am so I didn't wake up til noon today, I first checked my phone and seen I got a text from a random number

D- Hey, its Derek from last night.
L- well hi!
D- how are you?
L- just woke up haha

We continued texting and everything then he asked to hang out

D-so I was wondering if you're busy this afternoon? 
L- no not really
D- would you like to hang out?
L- and do what exactly?
D- go on a walk? We can talk and get to know each other
L- Well...I don't see why not

I gave him my address and got ready and within 10 I heard a knock on my door and I went to open it

"Hey" I said and he smiled
"How are you?" He asked
"I'm alright" I said and we just continued walking
"So tell me about yourself?" He said
"I sing, I'm in a band with my sisters on YouTube" I said and he nodded
"Well that's cool! You're a good singer!" He said and I smiled
"Thanks!" I said
"What about you?" I asked and he smiled
"I'm a police officer" he said and I nodded
"That's cool! Do you like it?" I asked and he nodded
"I can't imagine myself doing any other job" he said
"Is it tough?" I asked and he nodded
"It for sure has it days, the worse is seeing kids get hurt" he said and I nodded and we continued walking
"So your family?" I asked
"I have a older sister and a younger sister" he said and I nodded
"What about you?" He asked
"5 sisters and 5 brothers" I said and his eyes went wide
"No way" he said and I nodded
"Yeah seriously, I have 10 siblings" I said and he was shock which caused me to laugh and I have to say, the more I observe this guy the more I realize of how cute he is, He has brown hair, brown eyes, muscular
"So I should've asked, but you don't have a boyfriend do you?" He asked and I shook my head and laughed
"No, I definitely wouldn't have gave you my number if I had a boyfriend" I said and he nodded
"Okay fair enough" he said and we continued walking

Derek's POV
Lisa is actually a interesting girl, came from a big family, definitely has her head on her shoulders which is a good thing, but there something about her that stands out to me and I haven't quite figured it out but my phone rang and it was my captain asking me to come to the station
"Well I have to go to the station so I hate to cut this short" I said and she nodded
"Hey its fine" she said and I smiled and walked her back to her house, again something about her stands out
