Kakashi's P.O.V

"Let's go on an adventure" I tell Akane and she smiles "Come on, put on your shoes" I say and grab her hand then walk us over to the door, we both quickly put on our shoes and leave the house. "So do you actually have a plan or was this decided last minute?" Akane asks as we hold hands and run down the stairs of my apartment building "Last minute" I say quickly then stop "This is taking too long" I say and pull Akane close to me, I put her up bridal style and jump over the railing, falling down four stories to the ground "I like this side of you" Akane says and laughs a little "What do you mean?" I ask and set her down "Your taking action, I like that" She says and smiles widely, I smile back at her then grab her hand again and start running down the streets. "How much do you really know this village?" I ask Akane after we've been running to nowhere and we slow down to a nice walk "I think I've only had a proper walk through once when I was 11, and even then I didn't see the whole town" She tells me and I nod "And now it's such much bigger so of course there's many places I haven't been to yet" She finishes and I nod once more. "I'll give you a tour of the village then, and we can stop at some hot spots or anywhere else you want to stop at along the way" I tell her and she smiles at me "That sounds great" She says and loops her arm in mine then leans into me as we walk.

After a very long tour of the village and still having a lot left to go, Akane stops in her tracks and looks up at me "I'm hungry" She says suddenly and I laugh "What do you want to eat?" I ask her and we start walking again "Hmm," She hums while looking around us "Sukiyaki" She says suddenly, again, and points in the direction of a restaurant "Alright, let's go" I say and we make our way over to where she pointed. We had the option of eating in a booth or getting a private room, we decide to go to the private room so that I at least didn't have to rush and eat because of my mask. "This place is so nice" Akane says as we sit down at our table in the private room, the waitress sets two menus in front of us and mentions she'll be back with two cups of tea before leaving "Are you sure you're going to be able to afford this? I didn't bring any money with me to help" Akane says, still looking around the room, I look down at the menu and everything is a very reasonable price "Of course I'll be able to afford it" I tell her and feel around in my pockets to make sure I brought my money, I finally find it and sigh a little in relief. "Did you just check to see if you brought money?" Akane asks, looking at the menu "No" I say and brush it off "Well, did you bring some?" She asks and looks up at me, I nod, "Man, it would have been fun to dine and dash" She sighs and looks back at the menu.

"We're both to well known to dine and dash" I tell her and she just nods. After laughing and talking for a long time over our food, we finally pay and leave the restaurant. "Today was a lot of fun, thank you" Akane tells me as we get back into our walk and she loops her arm around mine once more and leans into me like before "What makes you think we're done?" I ask and look down at her, she raises her head and looks back at me before smiling "Come on" I say, taking her hand and we start running again. While we were eating, I had a chance to think about what we should do next because the night wasn't going to end at dinner. I start running towards the outskirts of the village and towards the river, not to the same boulder we normally go to but a different spot. Once we get there Akane looks around and seems confused "Come on" I say again and start climbing up one of the trees, once we both reach the top we stop and take a moment to look around but we couldn't see much because of the other trees around us. I sigh because this isn't what I hoped for "Look," Akane says and points downwards, I glace to where she's pointing and it looks like the river below us is glowing, you can see the fish swimming and the rocks being pushed by the current. "It's beautiful, right?" She asks and looks at me "Yeah" I say softly while looking at her then we both look down again.

After a few moment I jump down from the tree and land on the ground before yelling up at her "Come on, there's one more place I want to take you!" And the next moment I see a flash of red coming down at me "Catch me!" She calls while she's at the half way point, I hold out my arms and position myself where I would catch her. The force of her falling is more than I expected and I fall back onto my butt once I catch her "Are you okay?" She asks with laughing in my lap and snorts which makes me start to laugh "I'm perfectly okay, now let's go, we have to get there in time" I tell her, she gets off me and stands up then I do the same and take her hand once more and starting running again. We get to the top of the Hokage monument and we jump down onto Lord Fourth head where we sit down and watch the sun set "It's so beautiful" She says and leans in close to me "What's about to come is even more beautiful" I tell her, she looks back at me, confused. I smile before lying down on my back and placing a hand behind my head, after a moment she lies next to me and fits into my side as we would in my bed. It doesn't take long for the sun to go down fully and the darkness to take over completely then starts to shine from the stars.

"You're right, this is more beautiful" She says and scoots even closer to me "But you know," I say, making her look up at me. I smile before looking down at her "Nothing's more beautiful than you, Akane" I finish, she blushes while smiling and slaps my chest "You're so cheesy" She says while laughing a little as well, I just continue to smile and look back up at the sky.

Look at who finally updated, lol.  Not saying I'm going back to my normal updating schedule just yet but it's the summer so I'll try my best! Loves. As always,
