Rick can't write funny scenes. Meyer is the best at them!

You got Meyer right this time. And the exclamation mark is still unnecessary.

On my opinion only thing funny about Twilight is that how dumb it is, but again, it's my opinion and you don't have to agree.

Percy Jackson is so funny that it could almost be considered as a comic book. There are many funny scenes. For example the 'dam' scene is gold on my opinion. If you don't remember it then here it is. Have a laugh. 

"Let us find the dam snack bar," Zoe said. "We should eat while we can."

Grover cracked a smile. "The dam snack bar?"

Zoe blinked. "Yes. What is funny?"

"Nothing," Grover said, trying to keep a straight face. "I could use some dam french fries."

Even Thalia smiled at that. "And I need to use the dam restroom."......I started cracking up, and Thalia and Grover joined in, while Zoe just looked at me. "I do not understand."

There are also many other funny scenes, and all Percy's sarcasm is ridiculous at some points. If you still don't thin that Rick can write funny scenes then you should read "Magnus Chase and the Gods of Asgard" what is pretty much hilarious. If that can't convince you then I don't know what can.
