There are no strong female leads in Percy Jackson. All the girls are in there only to date the boys. Bella is strong beautiful who can stand up to nothing or anything in her path.
You know that nothing means no thing, right? I think you meant anything.
Annabeth - One of the smartest and best written female characters I've come across. Most of the best battle plans are hers. She saved camp more than once and Percy and later the seven countless times. She also didn't become numb suicidal mess when Percy went missing.
Piper - Shows that you can be loyal to your family and friends even in toughest times. She shows that sometimes the main goal is more important than your own desires. Also, you can have feelings and still be strong person.
Hazel - Sometimes it's worth dying to save many others. And some times you got to do what is right, even if it's dangerous.
Reyna is praetor of New Rome. She kept the camp functioning for a year without any help. And she did it alone.
Thalia - Leads the hunters of Artemis.
There are many more strong female characters written by Rick. For example Sam and Alex from Magnus Chase.
And for your argument about Bella being Strong, let me remind you about her becoming numb and almost jumping of a cliff when Edward left her.
