The plot twist are obvious and stupid. Percy and Annabeth falling into Tartarus could have been foreseen easily! They said it would happen in the first book!

When was it said it would happen in the first book. Please refresh my memory. Pictures and diagrams are not only welcomed, but required. On my opinion you can't foresee Percy and Annabeth falling into Tartarus, it was a pur shook. I'm sure PJO fandom agrees with me.
Question for you. And Bella and Edward ending up together couldn't have been foreseen easily. Okay, I give you that, you can't foresee the fourth book, but only reason why not, is because it isn't logical at all.
