I wake up and I noticed that I was still in the living room. I look up and Killian is still asleep. We fell asleep last night and we didn't even go to bed. Oh how I missed this. I slowly get up and made my way to the bathroom to freshen up.
I went to check on the kids and they were still asleep. Of course it's Saturday morning so it was ok for them to sleep in. I walked back to the living room and Killian was gone. I laughed. Of course if I wake up he has to wake up too.
I was checking the clock and Lacy and Ben were taking forever to come so I decided to get a head start with breakfast. I didn't know what Lacy wanted to do but I was in the mood for pancakes. I got all the ingredients out, mixed the batter and turned on the stove. I got the pan out and let it heat up.
I poured the batter into the pan and shaped the pancake. I continued to cook more and more pancakes. As I'm taking one of the pancakes out of the pan I feel someone's arms wrap around my waist. "Something smells delicious," Killian whispers into my ear making me shiver. "It's from a box Killian," I softly say and he slightly chuckles. "Im not talking about the pancakes."
I bit my bottom lip hearing him say that because I knew what he was referring to. And the way he was caressing me made me go crazy. God I missed him so damn much that I couldn't help it. I quickly turned around and kissed him passionately. I then back away and just smiled at him. He sweetly smiled back. "What is it love?" I smile as I place my hands on his chest. "I'm just happy." He nods. "Me too love."
I give him a soft kiss which only deepened within seconds. I wanted him, I wanted him now. "To hell with the pancakes," I say which only made Killian laugh and growl. We continued to kiss as I push him against the table and he sits down on top of it. My was I losing myself in the passion of our kisses.
I move my hands down to his pants trying to unbuckle them, Killian smiles as we continued to kiss. That's when we hear the door open and we let go. "Oh Emma, Killian, good you're up..." Lacy says grabbing Ben and we stood there in shock. "Lacy..." I nervously say. Killian scoffs. "Lacy has a key, good to know," he says. She then closes the door.
"So I thought it would be a good idea to.." She then stays quiet and gives us an awkward look. "Umm am I interrupting something?" She asks as she sends Ben to the living room. "No.." "Yes," Killian says in a frustrated tone. I laugh. "No umm we were just making umm pancakes," I nervously say as I got the plate of pancakes.
I look at Killian and he was not only irritated but he gave Lacy a death glare. She laughs nervously. "Right umm maybe we should come back when you guys are done making pancakes," she says as she closes her eyes. I laugh. Killian scoffs. "That's ok, I lost my appetite I'm gonna go wake the kids up," he says and I laugh. I give him a kiss on the cheek as he makes his way to the kids rooms.
"You should have warned me that you wanted to make pancakes with Killian this morning, we would have waited." I laugh. "It just happened Lacy." She laughs. "Well it's a good thing I saw you guys and not the kids because if they saw you guys making pancakes they would have been scarred." I laughed.
"I forgot about the kids for a second there." Lacy laughs. "Yeah I noticed." I blush. "I'm sorry again for interrupting." "It's ok, it's just we haven't.." She nods. "Ohhh well that explains why he gave me that death glare." I laugh. "Ok so what were you saying when you walked in?" She shakes her head.
"Well I thought it was a good idea to make the kids their favorite breakfast." I nod. "Luckily you already made the pancakes for us." I blush. "Shut up Lacy." She laughs. "No it's good to see you happy Emma." I smile. "I am, I'm happy." She smiles. "And where's..?" "Oh he's out of town on a business trip but he'll be back on Monday." I nod.
