Chapter 48 - Closer

-Roxy's POV-

Louis has already gone to help his sisters out. I decided to just sit around here in this hotel room and play on my phone.

I heard a knock on the door.

I went to answer it and was surprised to see who was on the other end.

"Hey."

He said sweetly,

"Hey Kendall. Come in."

I said as he followed me as I plopped myself on my bed.

"Where's Louis?"

He said cautiously so he wasn't invading or getting in to another fight with him.

"Louis went back home to help his sisters."

He nodded as he sat next to me,

"That competition was rough out there. We were all so good, I bet it was a tough decision."

Kendall retorted.

"Honestly, I don't think it was. I think it was because Little Mix has a really good harmony when they sing all together. That's what made them win the competition."

Kendall nodded his head in agreement,

"You're song though... It was beautiful."

I said as we looked at each other and smiled.

"I-I wrote that song for you. It was about the time where you... You know."

I looked down at my wrist, re-tracing the memories with my fingers.

"Well, I guess that was very thoughtful of you."

I said as I layed myself on his chest, his eyes widened in shock but then he pulled me closer to him.

"Kendall, I need to ask you something really important. So that we both know what we're getting in to."

Kendall ran his fingers through my hair so gently I thought that a baby was playing with my hair,

"Yeah, go ahead."

He said,

"Do you... Have any kind of feelings for me."

He looked at me and smiled,

"I'm in love with you, Roxy."

He said as he kissed my forehead.

"But I can't do anything because I'm not the kind of guy that helps girls cheat on their boyfriends. Even if I really hate the boyfriend."

He shook his head in disbelief that I was going out with Louis. But I am and he can't change that.

"I'm really sorry though. At least you told me how you feel."

He shook his head in agreement.

"And what about you Rox? Do you have any feelings for me? Even if you have a boyfriend who's an idiot?"

He smiled at the last word, which made me laugh also.

"Yes. I do have feelings for you. I'm not too sure that I'm in love with you but something's there... And if it wasn't for Louis. I would be all over you right now."

He jumped on me and pulled me as close as possible towards his chest,

"This is as close as you can get."

I laughed at his stupidity as he got off of me. The door opened wide as Kendall and I shot our attention to it.

"What the hell are you and Kendall doing in here?"
