**Drama Class**
Dan's POV
Phil and I are in the same drama class apparently, mind you I always just zoned out I knew everything they were teaching in that class because the class is filled with a bunch of idiots so their all struggling at trying to keep in character HOW HARD IS IT. Basically I don't know who is in my class only Phil as of now. He asked me to be his partner for the next assignment, I normally work alone for the reasons before so the teacher gets me to either do costume design for each person peace or something. I stupidly accepted his request and now I'm stuck working with someone, I'm not sure if Phil knows what he is doing or not but as of now we are talking to the teacher explaining the situation.
"Morning Phil and Dan? What brings you up here" She asks with a curious tone like I haven't done anythin in class
I stay quiet to let Phil explain
"Well I would like Dan to be partner for our performance" Phil anwsers confidently
"Dan? Wanting to work with someone? Ooo I'll write you on the list then" she replies squealing like a kid on Christmas
Phil thanks the teacher and walks into the corner where a similar face is sitting down glaring at me.
"Hello Chris " Phil says sitting down next to him
Chris just smiles at Phil and continues his glare at me as I sit down as far away as them both as possible. I already don't fully trust Phil after this morning and I don't think the is Chris likes me but what a suprise, who likes me in this school anyway, I'm a living flop.
"So why were you talking to miss?"Chris says quietly whilst the teacher is talking
"I will tell you after she finished"Phil shushes Chris
"So today you will be choosing partners for your group peice on genres and we already have a pair ready to start" The teacher claps and points to the corner where Phil and I are situated
I hold my hands over my face as everyone turns around to look and Phil and I. Phil places his hand on my shoulder to get me to calm down a bit. I turn around to look at him and I see Chris glaring at not just me this time but Phil. Chris's eyes are filled with hurt and anger what could have made Chris so angry. At seeing his glare I turn back around to avoid seeing him again and pull my knees to my chest to protect myself from all of the hate I'm getting.
The teacher finishes and walks over to Phil and I in the corner
"Sorry about putting you on the spot like that Dan i should have realised and thought before" she apologised, must have seen what happened " but I will leave you two to work your stuff and as for you Chris, you might want to find someone to work with"
Chris rolls his eyes and huffs "Yeah find someone" he tried to say under his breathe but I still heard it.
" So looks like miss has anwsered your question about us seeing her" Phil laughs and then realises that something is wrong with Chris "Chris? What is wrong"
"Oh nothing..."He replies peacefully "Only that you promised ME that you would be MY partner" Chris yells and stands up so he is above Phil's level
Phil looks up at Chris with terror in his eyes "Chris I never promised you anything" he tries to defend
"Well you did when we first got told about this" Chris yells again
"I'm sorry I must have forgotten" Phil says standing up as well leaving me looking up at them both.
"Yeah just like everything else ever since this DAN came along" Chris spits and points at me
Oh no, I really have done it this time. I should've agreed I made Phil break a promise and now Chris is angry at him. I make so many problems occur, wherever I go I always cause trouble.
The two boys continue yelling well Chris does Phil talks normally until the teacher jumps in
"BOYS what is going on here"
"Phil promised me that he would be my partner not DAN'S" Chris exaggerates my name
"Miss the thing is I don't remember ever saying that" Phil tries to explain before being interrupted with Chris's yelling
"BOYS enough already. How about you work in a group of three will that solve the problems" the teacher suggests
Phil looks at Chris and Chris just nods with a smug look on his face.
Phil's POV
For some reason Chris just started yelling at me for forgetting a promise so now we are working in a group of three
"So what genre should we do?"I ask pushing them to come up with ideas
Chris shrugs his shoulders and Dan stays quiet.
"Come on guys, fine Chris what is your favourite movie" I ask Chris
"Um...maybe... Idk jeez I guess I like drama" he replies
"Okay so maybe we could do a drama peice that could be fun" I smile
"Romance" I hear Dan whisper
I never thought Dan to be the romantic type but I guess I thought wrong. Never label people
"Romance hmmm... maybe we could join them both together" I exclaim
Chris nods his head enthusiastically at my idea and Dan gives me a small smile.
We begin to brainstorm ideas and Chris doesn't seem to angry anymore. We write down ideas for character and plots.
By the end of the lesson we have decided on a plot line and characters. Dan helped a lot during the process, he actually gave us most of the ideas and really came out of his shy self. I never thought Dan loved and was so enthusiastic about acting and drama. I think this might help Dan and I become good friends...
