Encased in Titanium

Stuck in a small box

Moving ever so subtly

Careful not to break any bones

Running my fingers across the smooth pavement

Finding each crevice, finding a way out

Sorta grateful for this

Not having to deal with what lay outside the box

I had let everything go, where I had given everything up

I released every sorrow, each pain

And I keep getting covered in layers of metal

Punching, breaking bones

I had let go, why the trouble

Knuckles cracking, tears of blood

I am stuck behind a wall of titanium
