They whisper and I shiver
She calls to make me quiver
The dark loneliness encases me
She pushes the clouds, I'm free
I run from the lion, scared
He bolts away as she glares
I swim my body away from danger
She kicks the shins of a stranger
The trees taunt my name
In front of her, they bow in shame
I sit by the stars, small as night
She is the moon, all so bright
I curl up into the hollows of the well
She stands up, ready to yell
I tap her shoulder in fear
She looks at me in my despair
I pile on my doubts
She knocks away my whereabouts
