Kayleigh's POV
.
I felt extremely tired and achy as I walked out of the venue, Vic and Janice by my side. My back was tied in a knot that I didn't even think was possible, making a dull pain shoot up my lower back every time I took a step forward. But I actually didn't mind, I just saw my hero's live, so the pain is totally worth it. Vic looked like he had just seen Jesus, and was in too much shock to even speak, so he walked staring at the ground while smiling his damn face off. I'm glad I asked him to come with us, he needed a good time, and I would do anything to see a smile on his face. Even if he is an asshole towards me.
Janice was just rambling on about how she swore Justin winked at her, and it was actually quite hilarious, because we weren't even that close to the stage. But I'm not gonna crush her dreams, she's had a great night, and knowing her she'll get quite shitty if I tell her it didn't happen.
"Did you see it? He totally wants me!", she screeched as we made our way over to my car, the cold chill biting at my exposed neck. "He gave me that look ya know, the look! You know that come closer so we can fuck in the back of my car look? Yeah, Thats the look he gave me! I swear to god!" I nodded my head, although I had absolutely no clue on what the 'look' looks like. I don't think Vic was even paying attention, still just in his own little daze.
We walked across the street, looking left and right making sure nothing was coming our way. And crossed while talking about what we just experienced. "I thought it would be good, but not that good." Vic suddenly spoke up. He looked so happy, which I was extremely glad of.
"I know right, I loved when they performed- No wait. The whole thing was perfect," I smiled at the thought of what I just witnessed.
I looked over towards my car, making sure it was still alright and had not been vandalized since I had to park it in the dangerous side of town. I couldn't see any damage looking at its right side, so I continued walking until I got to the car door. Looking over the roof of the car, a man in a fluorescent work vest jumped up from the side of my car. My heart started beating erratically, and I was starting to shake. He was walking towards an even smaller car to mine, with the door still open and the engine still running. I didn't unlock my car, but I went around to the other side making sure nothing was damamged.
Thankfully, only a boot sat on the tyre, stopping me from driving away, which confused me a lot because there weren't any signs around saying I wasn't allowed to park where I was. I walked over to the large man who was getting into his car, making myself get fired upp as I walked over. I wasn't sure where Vic or Janice were, but now I didn't care.
"Hey! Why the hell is there a damn boot on my car?" I yelled at the man from about five metres away. He looked stunned and some how not surprised that I was having a go at him, "There aren't any signs saying that I can't park there for gods sakes! Maybe you have the wrong parking lot or something because this is bullshit", I stepped a little closer to him, putting on an angry face trying to look some-what tough.
"There is clearly a sign over there", he pointed over to the small alley way that was a good twenty metres beind my car and not to mention barely visible to the public. "I'm sorry but I can't do anything about that". He screetched in his strong scottish accent, almost too strong to understand. The sign he was reffering to had paint scratched off it, and it was bent on a 45 degree angle, almost impossible to see without going right up to it. No to mention the fact it was in the shadow of the small building behind it.
