Izzy's POV
Four years since Malec's breakup. Three and a half years since Alec's depression. I sighed looking at my brother who was sound asleep and I haven't even told him Magnus would be staying at the Institute for about five years. I froze when I heard the knock on the door and only opened it when I could hear Magnus's voice. "Isabelle, doing well I see," Magnus spoke as he walked through the door. "Right," I grumbled. At that moment, Jace walked in glaring at Magnus as he walked. "Jonathan," Magnus started. "Oh, give me a break," Jace snapped. I sighed as I watched Alec staying asleep.

Few hours later

Alec's POV
"ISABELLE SOFIA LIGHTWOOD!" I yelled. "What the hell?!" Izzy screamed. Jace smirked but never left glaring at Magnus. I sighed as I ran outside hoping to leave everything behind.

Izzy's POV
"Did he just-" Jace started. "Yes, yes, he did," I sighed. "Jace!" Magnus yelled using his magic to kill him. I gasped and ran. Magnus rolled his eyes and used his magic to kill me as well.

Alec's POV
I sighed running down the sidewalk hoping to hide from the people. Of course that didn't happen. "You must be the traitor, Alexander Lightwood," a woman hissed kicking me to the ground. "He is! I heard he betrayed the high warlock!" A man laughed punching me in the stomach. "I never betrayed him!" I yelled. "But you did, Alexander," Magnus growled stomping on my chest.
"Camille lied to you!"
Magnus laughed. "I'm about to kill you and you decide to lie?!" He hissed kicking me in the face. "I'm not lying, I swear!" I yelled.
