Chapter 19 ~ Flower Crown

Oliver was in the Lunarium forest with Artemis and Apollo. He was thinking about something he's been wanting to do ever since Saint became his to keep, his to take care of, his to protect, and his to love.

He looked at Artemis, "I'm going to do it." he said confidently.

"Do what exactly?" Artemis asked before taking a sip of water. Apollo was beside her making a flower crown with the flowers around him, "Is everything in this kingdom literally navy blue, black, silver, and indigo?!" he stressed.

Oliver gave him a sheepish smile, "Ahaha, yeah." Apollo grumbled under his breath.

"Do what exactly?" Artemis repeated as she put her water bottle down. Oliver grinned as his face was slowly turning red.

He said it in a small whisper but it was loud enough for Artemis and Apollo to go crazy about it.

"When?!" Apollo asked excitedly with his hands on his golden face.

"Maybe after she wakes up." Oliver said confidently.

Artemis smiled proudly at him, "You really are growing up and I feel like a proud mother sending off her child to collage." she said as she wiped a tear from her eye. Apollo rested his head on his sister's shoulder, "Both of them are growing up so quickly. Ha, you might even see little Olivers and Saints running around soon." he smiled at the prince.

Oliver blushed profusely, "Not so soon...We haven't even done it yet." he whispered the last part.

Apollo and Artemis burst out laughing. "Alright, alright. Let's not ruin him." Apollo said as he stood up with the flower crown on his head.

"I want a flower crown." Artemis mumbled sadly. Apollo turned around and took off his flower crown and placed it on her head, "You look prettier in it anyway." he smiled brightly at her.

"Was I not pretty before?" Artemis asked, expecting a good answer.

"Yes." Apollo laughed and ran away before his sister could get him.

Oliver walked back into the castle, leaving the two siblings alone in the forest. He hoped that they would not go too far into the forest as it was dangerous but then he remembered that they were gods. They were more like family than gods in Oliver's eyes.

Oliver was greeted by Joshua at the entrance of the infirmary, "Remember to take your pills, your highness." he bowed to the prince.

Oliver sighed, "Yes, of course.", he walked in and sat beside Saint's bed.

"Hi, Sunshine. I don't know if you can hear me but if you can, can you please wake up soon? I have a very big surprise for you and I hope you'll like it." he smiled fondly at his girlfriend before placing a loving kiss on her cheek.

He was about to leave but a small voice stopped him from walking.

"Come back," Saint smiled slightly. Oliver ran to her and gave her a hug, "I've missed you so much. Sleeping alone was depressing, the bed wasn't as warm because you weren't there." Oliver said quickly causing Saint to laugh.

Joshua walked in with a tablet and smiled when he saw his patient awake, "Well you look better because you are literally glowing but I still have to check your vitals," he laughed happily.

After half an hour, Saint was ready to leave the infirmary.

"But I thought he was the head scientist?" Saint asked Oliver. "Not only that, sweetheart. He's also the head doctor." He said as he opened their bedroom door for Saint to walk through first.

"Get ready, I'm taking you out." Oliver said as he went into his closet.

"Dress code is formal and wear your crown." He said as he looked through his collection of Gucci suits.

"Well if that's the case then I'm gonna have to make a quick trip to my kingdom. See you later, my love." Saint winked at him as she pecked his lips before leaving him in the walk-in closet.

Oliver sighed, "She always has a way to make my heart flutter." he shook his head and continued looking through his clothes.

Saint went through the portal and was immediately greeted by the scientists.

"Hello, I just came back to take some things." She smiled and walked past them.

She noticed that the castle started to look more modern and futuristic, the castle that was once made out of stone bricks was suddenly changing into an infrastructure made out of white metal that shined under the sunlight.

"I like this, I like this a lot." She said as she looked at the changes around her.

She went into her room and looked through her closet.

"I have nothing to wear!" she whined as she dug through her gowns.

A maid walks in unexpectedly carrying a box. "Oh, your highness! I didn't expect you to be back so soon. I was just gonna put this box here." the maid said before leaving.

Saint opened the box and she was greeted by a beautiful white ball gown with diamond embellishments.

"Whoever sent this is a life saviour." She said as she tried the gown on. She smiled at her reflection, "I look like I'm getting married." she laughed.

She went to the back of her closet and chose a golden and sapphire crown. It was simple yet elegant.

Another maid walked in and was struck, "Your highness, you look so beautiful

Another maid walked in and was struck, "Your highness, you look so beautiful." she complimented Saint.

"Thank you." Saint smiled.

"Sir Oliver is very lucky to have you." the maid giggled before placing Saint's freshly cleaned clothes in the drawer.

"Also, I've been informed to tell you that Prince Oliver is in the lobby waiting for you." The maid bowed before leaving.

Saint screamed excitedly, "Why does he have this affect on me?!".

Saint put on her heels and walked to the lobby confidently. Her stride was strong and powerful, everyone who saw her was star struck by her presence.

As she walked down the stairs, Oliver gasped. "You're so beautiful." he smiled at her.

"Thank you." Oliver took her hand and brought her to the car, "Where are we going?" she asked.

"It's a surprise, sunflower." Oliver grinned at her.

"I hope you'll like it as much as I do."
