Chapter 35 - All Of These Stars

Niall's chest was heaving rapidly as he bit his lips harshly in order to stop himself from crying. This wasn't Josh; Josh is a kind happy boy that like to crack up jokes every now and then, use chopsticks as to replace the real drum sticks, and he cared about him. Niall never felt this scared in his life. He wanted Zaynie or Liam more than ever right now, to curl up safely in their arms. 

"I said smile Niall,...or do you want me to do that for you?" Josh snarled.  Gulping audibly, Niall shakily forced himself to smile, and it felt extremely horrible. "There,..wasn't that easy? Now I'm going to fix you something to eat,...I know how much you like pizza, right?" 

Niall didn't answer, because fear was engulfing his whole body right now. Fear and pain. Niall felt something cold on his stomach but he didn't dare to say anything not he could do anything about it since he was tied up.

Unbeknownst to both of them, Niall's stitches were opening up, and blood was oozing profusely under the blanket.

 it's officially been 24 hours since Niall James Malik went missing. 

Or in this case, kidnapped. 

Police were notified, APB was sent out and the hospital staff was on alert if Josh and Niall came back -which sounded a little bit absurd to Zayn and Liam. Tricia and Yaser was told to head down to the police station to give a statement but they told Zayn to wait if Niall did come back to the hospital. Zayn wanted to get out of the hospital but he decided against it because deep down in his heart, he has the slightest and faintest hope that Niall would find his way back to the hospital safe and sound. Zayn found himself sitting alone in the cafeteria with a cup of already cold coffee. He looks around the cafeteria and mentally agreed with Niall that hospital is a scary place. Some people would think that hospital is where miracle happens, lives saved and a new life is born, but they also failed to mentioned that hospital are also a place where bad things happens, lives lost and a mother died during childbirth,...it stood on opposite end of two things. Two very different things. 

"Hey," A familiar voice startled him. He sun around and saw non other than Dr. Chris Hemsworth himself, smiling softly at Zayn. He took a seat on his right, and scooted closer to his boyfriend.

"Hey," Zayn offered him a small smile, but unable to say anything else. Chris slowly took Zayn's right hand with his left one, clasping it together. 

"Are you okay?" Chris asked him lowly, brushing a stray hair on Zayn's forehead with his free hand. They know that things were still 'unclear' after the incident in the biology lab with Mr. Freddie Stroma, in which Chris unexpectedly found out that Zayn dated his own teacher, but right now isn't the time to talk about it "They'll find him,...I'm sure of that. He'll be back in your arms in no time," 

"I sure hope so Chris," Zayn sighed, feeling tears forming in his eyes again."I sure as hell hope so," 

"You know,..Niall never ceased to amaze me," Chris chuckled lightly "He kinda reminds me of you a tad,....well, a much more innocent version of you," 

Zayn and Chris chuckled lightly at that, "Yeah? What makes you say that?" 

"They boy that he donated to,..he cared about him like he was his own brother...," Chris explained, reffering to Joel "Kind of like you with Niall, and Joel is autistic, so seeing them interect is the cutest thing ever,"
