TIME JUMP: 4 hours
Loren had just woken up from her nap. She woke up to hearing Eddie playing the piano and singing. She loved waking up to that. She could get used to this in the future. She walked out of the room and saw him sitting there, writing lyrics on a piece of paper. She snuck up behind him and wrapped her arms around him form the back and kissed his cheek.
Eddie: *quickly but casually trying to put the paper away in his pocket* Hey, what are you doing up so early?
Loren: I've been sleeping for like 4 or 5 hours. It's 12:00pm.
Eddie: Oh right. I must've lost track of time.
Loren: Yeah you must've. *goes and sits on the couch* Did the doctor say anything specific? Like, anything to do and what not to do?
Eddie got up from the piano bench and went to a bag that was on the coffee table and grabbed pill bottles out of it
Eddie: Well, you have to take these whenever it says to. He also gave you some medicine that you have to take every day at the exact same time. He was very specific with it.
Loren: Well, what time?
Eddie: Whenever you take them first. Then, take them the same exact time everyday for a week
Loren: I'm gonna have to write that down. I'll probably forget. I can't take it when I would be in school, and I can't take it in the morning. So, how about, maybe, 5:00pm? It seems like a good time
Eddie: Sounds good. Just make sure you set a reminder or something to remind you. But it's only for a week. Then, after that wrk is up of you taking this medicine, he said to visit him again at the local clinic.
Loren: Sounds like a plan. But, anything else besides medicine that he mentioned?
Eddie: Nothing else but to take it easy. No being crazy or something. Just taking everything slow or something.
Loren: Slow. Take everything slow. Now I have an excuse to be late to class!
Eddie: Speaking of class, why don't you just drop out? Your gonna be a rock star!
Loren: I told you before. I need a high school diploma. I already deferred from Brown for a year, to see if I still wanna go. I at least want to complete my plan of going to high school and graduating
