TIME JUMP: 1 week later....
At the studio:
Loren: Eddie! It's enough! It's final! I'm going on tour soon! I'm not changing the dates!
Eddie: Why not!? This is ridiculous! Just change em!
Loren: This is going to be my first tour! It goes from this, to a world tour! I'm going to be away for longer then a couple months sometimes!
Eddie: Why is this such a problem for you!? I'm asking you to change the dates so that Katy and I can spend more time with you! You don't have to go on tour immediately!
Loren: I'm not delaying my tour! That's it! End of conversation!
Eddie: Why not?! Your not giving me a straight answer for it!
Loren: I said no! I'm not delaying my tour! My fans need to see me! I need to preform! I haven't performed in a year! Do you know how that feels for me!? I want more then anything for you to come with me! Why can't you just do that!?
Eddie: Taking Katy on the tour would be ridiculous! She'd be a nightmare on the road! Plus, she just had surgery!
Loren: My tour isn't for another month! Her recovery time was a week! It'll be fine!
Eddie: We can't go! Just delay it!
Loren: Why!? Saying that you want to spend more time with me isn't a valid answer, Eddie! I want a real answer! Why can't I go on tour!? Why should I delay it?
Eddie: Because it's Katy's birthday! I want you to be here! When she was born, it was a disaster. You broke up with me because of it.
Loren: Eddie, I didn't break up with you because of Katy. I broke up with you because of Chloe. I couldn't get over that she was the one carrying your child. I love Katy, I hate Chloe.
Eddie: But I need you to be there to prove it. How am I supposed to know that we are ok until you come to her birthday? I want you to. Please?
Loren: *sighs* You are so persistent. I hate that about you
Eddie: Why?
Loren: Because it always works
Loren and Eddie share a kiss and go to spend time with Katy

Everyone: Happy birthday to you, Happy Birthday to you, happy birthday dear Katy, happy birthday to you!
Katy laughs and blows out her candles with the help of Loren and Eddie
