Sleepy Baby

Eren yawned, reaching his shared bedroom. He had been training late tonight, and it was now eleven-thirty. Eren knocked quietly, just in case Levi was still working. Eren heard no response, so he entered the office, stopping when he saw the older man sleeping in his chair, breathing lightly. Eren approached Levi quietly, taking this rare opportunity to examine his sharp features. His mouth was open slightly, and chest slowly rising and falling in a calming rhythm. Eren was amazed at how child like he looked, not scowling and glaring all the time, it was a nice change.

He smiled to himself and gently shook Levi awake. "Hey... love, it's time to head to bed... come on..." Levi stirred slightly, opening his eyes to see Eren above him, smiling.

He groaned and sat up, slightly disoriented, "where am I?"

"Um... you're I'm your chair. Head to bed"

"I am in bed."

"No love, you're in your chair..."

Levi looked around, "why am I in my chair?"

"You fell asleep."

Levi looked up at Eren, confused and repeated, "why am I in my chair....?"

"You fell asleep." Eren explained patiently

"Oh... okay... I'm tired."

Eren smiled and nodded, "let's go to bed...?"

Levi frowned and lifted his arms up, "carry me."

Eren blinked, "what seriously...?" Levi nodded and made slight grabby hand motions. Eren shrugged and picked Levi up like a toddler, causing Levi to smile and lay his head on Eren's shoulder, falling asleep again. Eren smiled and laid Levi down on the bed, kissing his forehead. "Goodnight, Love."

Levi mumbled something and took Eren's hand, pulling him on the bed. Eren automatically accepted it and allowed Levi to cuddle up to him, muttering the words, "I love you."

They both slept well that night.
