Chapter 14 - See you soon pt1

The time had come. You felt crushed inside. You were leaving for the UK, for home today. In 4 hours you would be boarding a plane and leaving your friends and boyfriend behind.

~the night before~

"Okay, you ready to go?" you ask Summer as she sighs, she looks at you and smiles

"Let's go and enjoy ourselves!" she says in a calm tone, you both pull on a pair of heels, yours being simple and black to go with your black fitted dress that hugged your body perfectly and Summer's being simple but nude colour to go with her navy dress that was loose fitting but attractive. You wore a beautiful golden necklace, lined with four real diamonds, and a gold watch and bracelets, Summer had a silver necklace with one big diamond at the end and a few pretty silver bracelets. You both grabbed your jackets, you having a denim jacket and Summer with a simple leather jacket. You headed out of the door, making your way to your last meal with the guys for a while. 

You were greeted by them all outside your trailer and you felt your eyes well up straight away. 

"Wow, don't you both look gorgeous!!" Camila exclaimed

"Thankyou, you don't look so bad yourself" you say while giggling slightly, you head over to KJ and wrap your arm around his waist and cuddle into his side, he puts his arm around you and kisses your forehead.

"You look stunning Y/N", he whispers into your ear, you turn to look at him

"Thankyou KJ" you say while gazing into his eyes before pecking his lips and cuddling back into his side as you all leave to get a taxi.

After a longish taxi ride that took about 30 minutes, you finally arrive at your restaurant, you all thank the driver and walk in. You are taken into a beautiful room, reserved just for you. You all take a seat and order your food. You and Summer sit opposite each other in the middle of the table, with KJ to your right. You all spend the night laughing and sharing your favourite memories from the past few months of filming and as soon as KJ sees you begin to get upset, he grabs your hand under the table, reassuring you that it's okay. That was the thing you loved most about KJ, he was the most caring and affectionate person you had ever met. He always knew what to say or do and was always so sweet. You turn and smile at KJ as he lightly squeezes your hand and smiles back. 

You all continue laughing and talking, just enjoying your last couple of hours together as you and Summer were going to be up extremely early to catch your flight home so wouldn't have time to see everyone in the morning. 

KJ had picked this restaurant as he knew they had the most gorgeous roof top that he could take you too. He had a small surprise for you that everyone knew about, including Summer.

"Will you all excuse us for a while?" KJ speaks up as he stands, pulling you up with him. Cole gives KJ a reassuring look as he pulls you away.

"KJ where are we going?" you ask as you giggle lightly as you could see he was so nervous

"Just trust me" he says quietly as he leads you too a lift, you both get in and within a few seconds it stops. The doors open to reveal the most beautiful roof top you have seen. It overlooked Vancouver and was decorated in fairly lights and balloons as well as lots of pretty flowers. There was gentle music playing softly in the background. At this time it was about 9pm and dark, so the fairy lights lit up the small roof top. 

"Omg KJ it's beautiful", you walk out slowly with KJ just behind you. You walk to the wall at the edge and lean your hands on it, looking out at the beautiful view of lights after lights, you then walk around looking at all the flowers and smelling them, making your way back around to the view. KJ watches you while smiling and wondering how he got so lucky, falling in love with you even more. You feel KJ's arms wrap around your waist and his head resting on your shoulder as you continue to look out as the view. You turn around to face him, you tie your arms around his neck as he attaches his to your waist, pulling you as close as possible to him. You gaze into his eyes and begin to sway slightly to the music. You both stay like this for a while. "Thankyou KJ, so much, this is amazing", you whisper

"Anything for you, i love you so much" he coos into your ear as you rest your head on his shoulder before looking at him and kissing him sweetly. Just as you pull away, the lift opens to reveal the rest of the gang, you turn around as it shocked you.

"Oh god sorry did we interrupt something!!" Lili asks 

"Oh no don't worry me and KJ were j-" you were cut off as you turned around to find KJ on one knee holding a box in his hand. You didn't know what to say, you looked at the others to see that they all had their phones out filming, you turned back to KJ as you looked confused. "KJ wha-"

"Y/N" he cut you off, "Don't worry this isn't a marriage proposal just yet but its something equally as good i hope" he smiles and takes a deep breath, "Y/N, I know we haven't been together very long but I need to do this now before you go. I need to do this because I want you to know that I will never stop loving you in the time that we are apart and I will be counting down the days until we are back together. As soon as i laid my eyes on you, I fell in love, and everyday i fall in love with you more and more, even when I thought it was impossible", you start to cry, making KJ's eyes fill up when he sees you. "You honestly are the most amazing and loving person i've ever met and i know i'm going to love you for a long time. Saying goodbye is going to be the hardest thing i've ever done and it will break my heart, which is why I wanted to give you this" he says as he opens up the small box to reveal the most beautiful ring you've seen, "a promise ring because I promise to love you forever, i promise to take care of you, i promise to be your best friend and I promise to admire you every second I have, I love you Y/N, so much that I can't even put it into words, so will you except this ring to let me know you feel the same", at this point you were in tears.

"KJ, that was amazing, I love you so much and i will never stop, ever, so yes I will accept this ring, as I promise to love you with all my heart for as long as I live" you say as he smiles and slips the ring onto your finger, and immediately crashing his lips onto yours as you both cry and laugh each other. You pull away from the kiss and just wrap your arms around his neck holding him as close as possible. "i love you so much KJ, so much"

"I love you so much more Y/N" he coos into your ear as everyone runs over crashing into you for a big group hug.
