It had been 2 months since you had left and you missed KJ and the cast more than anything. You all text on the group chat almost everyday and you rang, facetimed or private messaged KJ everyday. You were currently sitting in your room at uni trying to write an essay that was due in the morning but for some reason you really couldn't focus today, you were especially missing KJ and his touch. You suddenly here a ping from your phone, you reach over to grab it;

lover - Hey babe, how's the essay going? missing you even more than usual today :(
me - ughh not well!! i cant focus bc i'm missing you more than normal today as well, only 8 months until we see each other now :(((
lover - oh god, it seems so long away but think about how quickly these two months have gone, the rest is going to fly by, can't wait for you too be in my arms, i love you baby
me - you right, we can do this, i love you too, so incredibly much, talk late okay?xxx
lover - of course, good luck with that essay :')
You smiled at your phone, thinking about how good it's going to feel to be back in his arms. I've just got to focus on uni and these 8 months will go quicker than I think you think to yourself and get on with your essay.
It's 12:36 am and you finally finish the essay, you text Summer and ask her if shes done. You both wanted to grow up to do the same thing so you both managed to get on the same Uni course, which was amazing because you didn't think you could split from each other.

me - Hey S, you done with the essay, I just finished finally !!
S - Yeah finished about 20 minutes ago, just grabbing a McDonalds and i'm coming to your room!
me - omg you are a star see you in a min
10 minutes later, you hear a knock on your door, you answer and see Summer standing there with a bag of McDonalds, you thankfully let her in and you both sit on the bed, unwrapping everything.
"Omg S, you are amazing" you say taking a big bite of your burger
"You know me, the bestest of friends" she says holding her hand under her chin as you both laugh
"S, i'm really missing KJ today, more than ever" you say as you place your already half eaten burger down with a sad, almost hurt look on your face, Summer places her hand on your shoulder before pulling you in for a hug.
"i know you are hun, it's going to get easier, your just not used to it, you haven't been away from each other as long as you were together yet, it will get easier after that, I promise" she says, you pull away and thank her by pulling her in for another hug and squeezing her harder.
