AN: Is it a bad thing that I wanted to type  'Hammy Ham' when I was typing the title in? Well ya' can't blame me it's 11:30 at night.

Your best friend Alexander Hamilton is the guy who should have the theme song of Work by Rihanna.

It's impossible to get that man to take a break. Does anyone even know when was the last time he took a break? It's another average morning with you sitting on the couch watching Alex while he is so focused on his work.

'Okay.. I've made this clear. I've been staring at Alex for around 10 minutes now? I mean he kinda looks cute when he's focused, but I can't have those thoughts I'm his best friend!'

You ponder for a little while, forgetting you were even staring, Alex turns and looks at you. He raises a brow and chuckles, Alex gets up and walks over to you; waving a hand in front of your face.

"He's definitely cute- wait huh?" You snap back to reality and notice Alex standing in front of you.

"Who's cute? I mean I know I have devilishly good looks but whoever this guy is I wanna meet." Alex's words were true you'll admit but at times he can be a bit much.

"No one! I was talking about myself-" You said then immediately being cut off.

"Hm, well you said 'he' and I don't think you're a he. So cough it up, who's this lucky guy you have interest in?" By that smug look on his face you really were deciding on what was worse.

"Psssh-- oh wait I think I hear someone calling for me. I gotta go, I'll see you later Alex! And take a break!" You said then awkwardly walked out, mentally face palming.

"So smooth there (Y/N), he probably thinks you're a major dork right now. Maybe I should go see what Herc is up to and maybe I can get advice from him.." You argued with yourself until you arrived at Hercules tailoring shop.

The door bell had rung when you opened the door and came to face one of your old friends Hercules. "Hey Herc!"

"Oh, hey (Y/N)! Soo, how has everything been on this mission to win Alex's heart--"

"Shhh! Sorry, but can you give me some advice? I know you and the rest of the Hamilsquad knows about it aside from Alex, but I freak out every time and when I can talk to him it gets interrupted.." You sighed and leaned on the counter.

"Well, Alex is a unique person I'll give him that. In all reality just be straightforward, or as much as you can. But I don't think you have to do much, the rest of the guys and I believe he has feelings for you, he's just to caught up in work to show it." Herc explains like he gives free advice for a living.

"Okay, I have a plan. Let's get the rest of the Hamilsquad together, aside from Alex. I have a plan that will start by 10 o' clock sharp!" You pointed up to the air in victory, and waved goodbye to Hercules before taking you're leave.

"Okay everyone, so the only way for this to work is for Alex to stop working for a bit so Lafayette, Herc. You two are in charge of that. Laurens, you're coming with me because hopefully this 'jealousy plan' will work to prove to all of us if he feels the same way as myself."

"It's obvious il vous aime!" Lafayette cheers.

"Well there really is only one to find that out." You said, and now the plan had begun.

Lafayette and Hercules did take a long while to get Alex out of his house. So you and Laurens just decided to literally fake a date like you two did when you were younger to make Alex jealous for fun. But you guys were 6 at the time.. it couldn't be helped.

You both knew Alex was watching he made it but obvious because his death glare was just a sight.

You had 'accidentally' dropped your bag. This act was not convincing but apparently to how Alex was reacting it was. John picked it up for you, he took your hand and kissed it. Making you smile and stifle a laugh.

John stood back up and you could see Alex trying to casually walk up to you two. "(Y/N), Laurens. I couldn't happen but see you two together, by any chance are you two on a date?"

You bit your cheek then replied. "Yes we are." You didn't want to say it but you could see Alex's rage meter begin to break.

"Ahem, Laurens I apologize but I must take your date away from you. I clearly love this woman way more than you or anyone else could--"

"JUST KISS HER ALREADY!" Hercules and Lafayette were standing not to far away watching seeing their bro finally grow up way too fast.

"Gladly I'll do the honors." You smiled and connected your lips with his. He was surprised for a moment but kissed you in return and spun you around happy as ever.

"I'll love you for the rest of my days, okay?"
