Hercules Mulligan x Reader

It was summer vacation, well for kids anyways. You were a kid by heart and that was one out of so many qualities that Hercules loved you, but of course you were to oblivious to know.

"Y/N WAKIE WAKIE EGGS AND BAKIE!!" You groaned as your friends know as the Hamilsquad was standing at your bedroom doorway yelling.

"*la sigh* Guys... it's only 7 in the morning. Just 5 more minutes.." You reached over to the bedside table to grab your phone, let's say your assumption was completely wrong. It was 10:30 in the morning and it was the special day of the week where you have to choose someone to take with you for the day.

"Y/N you need to get up and decide on the ami you will take with you today! If you don't we will and it's clairement évident who you like." Lafayette had mumbled the last part, you couldn't quite catch it but you were sure it wasn't good.

"Okay, okay I'm up. Just give me 45 minutes to get ready, fair enough?" You stared at the guys who were stupidly smiling at you. You could hear what their were thinking almost, I mean you were talking to Alex last week about your crush and god knows it's difficult for him to keep quiet.

"I bet you're going to be getting at pretty for him. Aren't cha? Haha.. ha.. don't kill me Y/N." You made a 'are you kidding me' face and threw a pillow at the guys so they could leave.

"I'll see you guys in a little bit!" You yelled from behind the door, Hercules was much more quiet this morning. You hoped he was okay, in fact you already decided who you will bring with you today because obviously you've liked him since Alex introduced him to you.

Surprisingly within that 45 minutes you were able to take a nice long shower, dry your hair, curl/straighten your hair and change into a cute decent outfit.

You kept looking in you mirror to see if you looked good or not, but after 5 minutes you didn't care to much and walked out of you bedroom to the guys sitting in a circle like they are having a secret meeting. Except it was more of truth or dare.

"Oh, hey Y/N! We were just playing truth or dare. Actually look at the time. Alex, Lafayette and I need to go buy food! Yeah food, we need to get some. I'm pretty sure Hercules wanted to talk to you anyways, so uh see you two!!" Then those three ran out like 14 year old girls trying to get a boyfriend.

"G-Good morning Y-Y/N. So uh, do you want to head out for a coffee? There's something I'd like to discuss with you." You could see a very faint blush on his face, it was super cute you couldn't help but giggle a little bit.

"Hehe, okay let's go." You smiled at him and took his hand leading him out of your house to the nearby coffee shop.

After a silent walk to the shop, both of you sat down and you smiled at him. He looked nervous? That's new.

"Okay, so what did you want to talk about? You kinda seem like a scared and lost puppy right now." You questioned him, he took a deep breath and was about to speak until your phone began to ring.

You sighed and excused yourself for a moment. "Hello?" Next thing you hear screaming on the other line, which you assume is Alex.

"HAS HE TOLD YA YET! DID HE ADMIT HIS STRONG FEELINGSSSS FOR YOU?!" Some people were staring at you because they could hear him from your phone.

"Um, wait back up. Herc has feelings for me?" You ask in a quiet whisper, you've been so oblivious to this, this ENTIRE time.

"Uh oh.. ABORT MISSION GUYS ABORT! ABORT!" Then the call had quickly ended, and your cheeks were a light pink.  You had silently walked back to the table where Hercules patiently sat.

This time he was ready to talk as soon as he said the first word you stopped him. "I know."

Hercules looked very confused but tried continuing. "? Before you say anything I'm trying to admit my feelings for you. I really care about you, much more than a friend and if you don't reciprocate my feelings it's okay. I can wait forever as long as it means I can still be your friend."

This made you blush and move seats to be right beside him. "Herc, that's what I was trying to say. I know about you feelings.. let's say Alex kinda spoiled it for me. Haha.."

Hercules just sat there in a awe moment, but soon after he regained his composure and cupped your cheek. Before doing anything else he sweetly asked. "Is it okay-?"

You interrupted him by crashing your lips onto his, you could hear loud cheers and screams from outside the shop but you could care less. With this man in your life you already found your summer love. You already had him from the start.

"I'm so glad I met you.."
