Niall attempts to message Rose but doesn't get himself to do so.
Rose doesn't even bother to touch her phone for the rest of the day.
But for some reason, Rose received a message from an unknown number.
Unknown number: hello, is this Rose?
Rose: yes, who's this?
Unknown number: I'm the new neighbor
Rose: how did you get my number?
Rose: i never gave it to you, or did i?
Rose: sorry, I don't remember anything
David: it's fine. your mom came by today after our talk and gave me your number.
David: she said something along the lines of being friends. But i just wanted to check in and see if you were alright?
Rose: i'm fine. thanks for asking. and I'm sorry about what happened.
Rose: just personal problems...
David: that's fine. I understand. you don't have to get into details
David: i also had a question.
Rose: shoot.
David: since I happen to be attending the same school as you, would you mind showing me around? I don't want to seem as a bother. It's fine if you don't want to.
Rose: of course! you aren't a bother, David.
Rose: at the moment you seem like the only one I can talk to.
Rose: oh god that sounded pathetic, i'm sorry.
David: no worries haha.
Rose: i guess i should get going now.
David: same here.
David: hey if you need anyone to talk to, I'm here.
Rose: thanks and same to you.
