It's graduation day and everyone is ready to go off to college, be away from home and have more freedom. Everyone stands in line ready to walk down the aisle to their seats. All of them are nervous and talking to one another to keep themselves at ease. In the back of the line is Rose with another student who she hasn't really seen around school. After Rose told David that she didn't have feelings for him and that he should stop telling her what to do especially about the whole Niall situation, he simply told her off and was out of her life before she knew it. He managed to find a group of friends who actually suit him better with a girlfriend who actually seems interested in him.
As for Niall, he didn't get offended when Rose told him that they shouldn't try getting back together. Instead he said that he would be waiting for her if she ever changed her mind. This makes her tear up a little thinking that she could of possibly let someone so special go. She looks ahead to find him with his group of friends and Jess whom he ignores as she tries to give him a hug. They make eye contact for a quick second before Rose looks at the floor hoping the music would start soon.
"Hey Rose!" She looks up at Jess who gives her the middle finger.
Niall looks behind him making eye contact with Rose before sending her a quick wink before shoving Jess's hand down and saying something to her which made her back off. "What was that about?" The girl next to her asks.
"It's a long story." She responds with a smile before the music started playing.
