Chapter 10: Hopelessly Devoted to You

Dino's POV

Sandy and I are in San Diego. We are walking along the beach, kind of like how we met.

6 months ago February 24th, 2016 (flashback)

Since the boys and I have to stay on this island for a month, I started wondering around. I'm glad I did, because this island has a damn beach. I began running to the beach, instead I ran into a girl.

"I'm so sorry." I said as I quickly helped her up. She was stunning. Long dark hair, brown eyes, and a slightly brown face. She's so small and so cute.

"Its ok. I just need to pay more attention to where I am going." She said with a smile.

"How about I take you out to lunch? It will be another way of saying sorry." I said as I flashed her a smile.

"I'd like that." She said with a smile. I held out my hand and she took it. We walked hand and hand the whole way. It was perfect.

Yes, Sandy and I have had our differences. But it doesn't happen a lot. I really like Sandy. I won't rush it and say that I love her, but I am really close to it. But for right now, I'm just happy with where we are. For now that's enough. As for the band, I hope we meet up soon. I miss the boys, but most of all I want Vernon out of that asylum. I am angry with DK, but he had his reasons. All we have to do is talk about what we think is best for Vernon. He needs us after everything that has happened.
