Part 3, Josh's POV:

I felt a nudge and she quickly let go. Another girl with her was handing her a bunch of bags and I decided that this was my chance to introduce myself. I kneeled down next to her and grabbed a few bags and handed it to her. I stared at her for awhile longer and she looks even more beautiful than before.

"I'm sorry for that, wasn't paying attention. I'm Josh, and you are...?" I left a cliff hanger waiting for her to respond.

"Oh! I'm Thalia." She replied in a gracious manner. Thalia. Her name was one that I rarely hear but fits her perfectly. Her name by itself was amazing. Just meeting a complete stranger, and beautiful at that, I wanted to know her. Is this how love feels like? I'm rushing, she won't like me. An actor to her must be cocky. I want her mine.

She snapped me out of my trance when she  held out her hand. Wow, I felt like lightning struck through me. I'm not sure if it's a shock or she's just... wow.  The girl next to her said she'd meet up with her later, yes, time to get to know her on this sunny day. I walked with her and she didn't mind at all.

"So do you just not pay attention walking with a million bags in your hands in LA?" I cracked a little joke and she smiled a sweet smile.

"No fair! You walk around being lost in your thoughts?" She joked and I laughed with her.

"Well if I have to bump into a beautiful girl like you, I wouldn't change my direction for anyone else." I realized I let that slip and came to a stutter, she blushed and I felt she liked my cheeky thoughts.

"You seem quite nice for a girl with good looks." I said.

"You seem quite shy but oh so cute." She bit her lip realizing what she said and that made me want her more than I expected.

"Do you flirt with guys not knowing what you're getting yourself into?" I smirked at her and she giggled.

"I only do when I think they're worth it." She said looking far into the distance of other rich folks down this sidewalk. I smiled and walked with her.

" So, tell me about yourself." I said with curiosity.

"Well, I'm Thalia. I hope to become a famous writer, I take risks, live with no regrets and I hate my past," I frowned and told her to continue. "I really don't tell people this but you're.... different. Let's begin, as a kid growing up I wasn't the girl everyone loved. I was the geek in the choir with a horrible voice. The bookworm always by herself up until middle school. I came out of my shell but that comes with consequences as well, I was hit on by every guy at school. It's not the best thing knowing you're body is good for sex but not to express your dreams. I only had one boyfriend in my life and he only wanted sex... it was a bummer."

"Wait, why did everyone want sex from you?" I asked.

"I was afraid you'd ask me that, when I was in grade 7, a kid pulled up my shirt and tried to rape me. He told everyone I begged him for it. I really ruined my life and i pleaded to move schools. I eventually did and it was hard trying to build your self esteem again. I did and now I'm stronger than I have ever been. I became myself again. I knew for sure I wanted to write books in grade 10, I was the funny one in the group and I sleep a lot. School was fun but I'm taking a year off before college to find how I can get my books published. Oh! And my favourite colour is gold." She finished with a smile.

I took it all in, she's strong, courageous, funny, random. She's what you look for.

"Well it's 4:30, do you wanna grab something to eat? Maybe come to my place?" Oh crap, I said that to early, i didn't mean it like that. She's not gonna want to know me now. I blew it.

"Sure, I'd like that." She said with a quiet, sexy voice. My gosh, this girl knows my buttons.

I smiled at her and put the rest of her bags in my car, when I remembered I didn't get my mom's gift.

"Crap!" I said with a lost voice.

"What?!"

"I forgot to pick up my mom's gift."

"Here," She dug through one of her bags and pulled out an amazing Michael Kors necklace. "I don't think I'll be wearing this bad boy anytime soon. I don't wanna look like Lil' Wayne in a pink dress."  I laughed and she giggled a her own joke.

"My mom is going to love this," I said "But I can't take it from you, you bought it and I didn't. I can't."

"Sure you can. You helped me carry these bags for an hour and a half."

"I'm going to repay you, I swear."

"It's no problem, trust me babe." Whoa, she just called me babe.

Her eyes widen as she realized her mistake, "I'm sorry," she pleaded "it's a habit!"

"Haha," I smiled just to reassure her it was ok, "It happens." Oh please call me that again, it felt so right.

We walked in ad I showed her around, she saw the view of the beach and said she wanted to go down. "Sure, go on ahead, let me just call my mom to see who's taking her to the airport."

I walked back in to call her, "Mom? what time is your flight again?"

"I pushed it to the 19th so I can spend time with my girls."

"When's the 19th?"

"In two weeks, Joshie."

"Mom, don't call me that please. You know how weird that is."

"I know, hunny. Why are you so tense? Is there a girl over?" She knew.

"Yeah mom, but not Rachel."

"Thank goodness! I was tired of her." I laughed and we said our goodbyes.

I walked down to the beach once the sunset was about to begin. I stared at her while she watched it in the sand alone with a bun and no sweater. I ran back in, got a blanket and wrapped it around her.

She thanked me with that amazing smile of hers. I watched Thalia more than the sunset itself.

We enjoyed each other's company and cuddled until it was 11 PM. She forgot her hotel address and told her to stay over and we can figure that out tomorrow.

Thalia's POV:

I told him everything and now I think he's gonna take it as a sympathy act. Great, the guy I think i'm in love with is gonna treat me different.

I was caught out of my train of thought when he asked me to stay.

"Thanks but do you think it's a good idea? I know you have a roommate."

"Don't worry, our rooms are soundproof." he winked and smirked. That smirk. Sexual. Frustrations. Josh.

I blushed and bit my lip. He seemed to have some sexual frustration as well when I did because his posture was changed. His body was ready. I'm not gonna have sex with the guy now, we just met! I thought it was bad enough being accused of having sex when I want to with Josh now.

He handed me some boxers and plain white v-neck and i changed. I walked out of the bathroom and he was watching some TV. This was my time.

I sat next to him and his knee and mine were touching. We Both looked and glanced at each other. He licked his lips and I bit mine.

He pulled me over by my waist and sat me closer to him and we cuddled, just like the beach. He turned the TV off and we sat there in complete silence, listening to each other's heartbeats. He lifted my face to his and I had no idea what was gonna happen next.

This was gonna be a fun night.
