"Y/N you came" Tanya said as I stepped in to the swanky hotel bar.

"Hey" I replied giving her a small smile.

To be honest I didn't want to be here, but I knew I had to, I couldn't put off from seeing my mutual friends any longer. I couldn't avoid them.

That's the thing about being a YouTuber you make friends with everyone and they become a part of your life, but when you end up falling in love with one of them then that said person breaks your heart, it makes things hard and awkward between the whole group.

It had been nearly two months since I had saw any of them, deciding to stay away and make things less awkward between the group of friends. They were my friends as well after all. So when Tanya invited me to her product launch I knew I had to go. Tanya was my friend and I was pleased with what she had achieved and wanted to celebrate with her.

"How have you been I haven't seen you in ages" Tanya asked

"Ok thanks, just been busy you know what it's like" I told my friend trying to come up with an excuse for my absent over the past few months.

"I'm pleased for you Tanya, this is amazing" I told her as I  looked around the room taking in my soundings.

Everyone was here, Zoe Alfie, Marcus, Mark, Poppy Sean, Caspar.

Great, just great he was here as well, I don't know why but I hoped that he wouldn't be, but who was I trying to kid of course he would be here. My eyes instantly fell on his skinny frame, his dirty blonde hair slightly messy but perfect at the same time, he was standing chatting with Marcus, Caspar and Jim. My stomach twisted in to knots, my palms became sweaty, my heart began to race. It was the first time i had seen him since the day we broke up, he looked good there was no denying that, he seemed happy. He was laughing at something one of the lads had said his a smile planted across his face, his eyes squinting from laughing.

"Y/N!!...you're here" Zoe squealed draining my attention away from Joe. She made her way over bringing me in to a tight, making me lose sight of him.

"How have your been?" Zoe asked, I knew exactly what she meant. She was asking how I had been since the brake up. The feeling of awkwardness washed over me, I didn't know how to answer her I had always been close to Zoe, but she was his sister after all.

I plastered a smile on her face "Great thanks, you?" I lied it had been the hardest 2 months of my life but I was getting there one day at a time.

"Y/N" Jim called from the other side of the room where he stood along with Joe, Marcus and Caspar. I could feel his eyes on me as soon as Jim called my name. I tried not to look in his direction but I couldn't help it his smile fell from his face his eyes were wide. Tanya started to walk towards her husband, Zoe not far behind.

"Great" I mumbled under my breath, I was going to have to go over there and follow the girls now. My feet started to drag me in their direction even though my body wanted to stay put. I placed one foot in front of the other and made my way over I was nervous, my heart was racing. I tried to take a deep breath to calm herself down.

Seconds later I found myself in front of Jim, Caspar, Marcus, Zoe, Tanya and of course Joe, I tired to ignore him, pretend like he wasn't there.

"Long time no see" Caspar said in a cheerful voice, I couldn't help but smile at him, me and Caspar was once very close friends. He was the first YouTuber I had ever met, he was the one that introduced me to Joe Sugg and the rest was history literally.
