Match Maker - Part 3

Zoe's POV

"What's wrong Alf" I asked my boyfriend as he darted in to the kitchen looking a little flustered

"Erm..."

"Is Y/N and Joe awake" I question as the breakfast that me and mark had been preparing was all lost ready.

"Erm......Your brother is in bed with Y/N" he finally managed to spit out.

"What?" I question

"Joe was in Y/N bed asleep and I'm pretty sure he was naked and she had his t-shirt on" he said still in shocked.

"What!! when did this happen" I asked confused

"I dunno when I said goodnight to them last night they was in separate beds" he said arranging his hair

"This is so exciting" I squealed

"What?" Alfie asked slightly confused

"I always had a feeling that they liked each other, this just proves it" I told him a I stirred the beans in the saucepan

"Really?"

"Yes can't you see it"

"I can" Mark chirped in "They looked sweet last night cuddle up on the chair asleep" Mark continued

"Yeah I guess so" Alfie announced taking in their information

"I guess what?" a voice came behind he three of them.

It was Y/N she was standing there in my brothers favourite t-shirt, which confirmed what Alfie had said. Joe never lets anyone borrow that t-shirt not even me and I'm his sister. She had on a pair of black leggings and her hair pulled back in to a messy bun.

"Oh nothing, breakfast is ready" I announced lifting the beans off the stove.

We took out seats at the table when my fresh faced brother decided on joining us. We all tucked in to our freshly made breakfast, silence fell crossed the table until Mark broke it, typical Mark I thought.

"Did you sleep well" he asked everyone

"Yeah" Y/N announced once she had finished your mouthful "It was hard getting off the though"

As soon as she said that last comment I looked at Mark and Mark looked at me, I could see in his eyes that he wanted to laugh and of course I wanted to follow suit. No sure what Y/N was getting at or what she was insinuating. Was it just an innuendo and she meant sleep, or the fact that she was sleeping with my brother. 

"How was the bed Joe" I asked trying to draw the attention away from the last question. plus I wanted to really know why he ended up in Y/N bed.

"Fucking nightmare" he said placing his fork down on his plate.

"Fucking thing toppled over with me on it" he told the rest of us

"Oh my god you should of seen it" Y/N said chuckling

"I was in bed just about to drift off to sleep and there was a massive great bang, I wondered what the hell it was, well it turned out to be Joe on the floor with bed tilted on its side" she said telling the incident that happened last night while the rest of us was sleeping.

"I wondered what that bang was I thought I was dreaming" Alfie announce

"Well you wasn't, it was me, face planting the bloody floor" Joe huffed

I couldn't help but laugh at the image that my brother and Y/N was describing.

"Yeah so Joe said he was going to sleep on the couch so I offered him to share my bed" Y/N added

"Yeah alright" I said raising my eyebrows

"Zoe really" Joe shot back

"So how comes Y/N is wearing your favourite t-shirt" I asked my brother

"Wait!" Y/N blurted "please don't tell me that you think me and Joe slept together"

"Well he was naked and you was just in his shirt when I walked in on you two this morning" Alfie announced

Y/N started to laugh loudly "Me and Joe, sleeping together, yeah right" she said in between laughs

"Hey what's wrong with me" Joe announced

"Oh nothing, but come one guys" Y/N said still laughing

"I borrowed at t-shirt off of Joe before he fell out of bed and he wasn't naked he had his boxers on" she finally said

"Well that's what the all say" Mark announced.

I didn't know whether to believe the two of them or not, but I knew there was something between the two of them, there always had been even when the three of us were growing up back in Wiltshire. You could see it, they were too close to be friends , too touchy feely, the way the acted like they had been together for years, I could see it.

After that the subject was dropped and we had finished up out breakfast and mark was helping me clear up. He glanced around the room to see who was in ear shot, Alfie and Joe were both sat in the livingroom earphones in, editing and Y/N was upstairs doing her make up and getting ready for the day

"What do you make of it Zo" Mark asked

"I don't know to be honest" I admitted to my friend

"Me neither" Mark sighed "but you can see there more than just friends"

"Yeah I know" I said thinking "but I know my brother and I can tell he likes her"

"Even I can see it" Mark added

"Yeah there always staring at each other, they always have to touch each other in some way" I paused thinking

"Iv got an idea" I announced

"What's that" Mark asked

"Let's set them up together" I beamed

"Yeah great idea Zo" Mark cheered at my idea "but how"

"Hmm good point"

"I know" Mark squealed "good old truth or dear"

"Yeah maybe"I said in thought wondering if that would work

"Trust me it will work, we get them to kiss or something" Mark said like he was reading my mind.

Maybe Mark was right all I know it was worth a shot. I knew my brother and Y/N would be happy together. They already acted like they was a couple they just didn't realise it.
