"Hello my lovelies, and welcome back to my channel and as you can guess......it's a baking video" I smiled down the lens as I started my intro to my first ever baking video.

"My best friend Zoe has kindly lent me her kitchen to film this video, I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing" I chuckled.

"It' just cause she has all the best equipment unlike me who's still stuck with the simple bowl and wooden spoon, so thanks Zoe" I said to her as she was behind the camera helping me with my shots and angles once satisfied she left me to continue my video.

I had never filmed a baking video before for my channel, though I was a keen baker at home, I just thought it would be a hell of a lot easier and quicker to use Zoe's kitchen.

"I'm joined by a very special guest and a another best friend of mine....no it's not Alfie" I said with excitement

"It's Mr Joe Sugg" I announced to then camera, within seconds Joe appeared next to me

"Your just using me for the views" he chuckled

"Maybe I am or maybe I just want to film with you" I told him

"Right we are baking a 2 tier rainbow cake" I announced

"That sounds hard" Joe moaned

"Oh come on Joe" I said

"Alright, what's first" he asked looking at the number of ingredients laid out in front of him.

"We need to cream together the butter and sugar"

"I don't see no cream"

"No Joe we need butter and sugar"

"Why didn't you say that then" he said passing me the sugar that I had already weight out

"I did" I said rolling my eyes at him

"Could you combine the dry ingredients while I'll start on the wet ones, it's all measured out for you just place in the kitchen aid and mix" I told him

"By the way guys the list of the ingredients and measurements, will appear on the right of your screen as well as in the description" I said down the lens

"Is it not easier just to go and buy a cake and decorate it" Joe announced

"But then it's not homemade and not as good" I pointed out

"Butttt....it takes soooo long...I just like the decorating and eating part"

"Well you can when we get to that part" I told him as I started to cracked open the eggs "Come on it's not going to bake itself"

Placing the eggs shells back in to the empty bowl, a white cloud puffed up in to the air blocking my vision

"Shit" Joe grumbled next to me

I waved my hand in front of me moving the dust cloud away from my face so I could suddenly see and breath again after letting out a slight cough

"Zoe is going to kill me" he grumbled again trying to spoon the flour back up

"Joe!"

"I'm sorry" he said sincerely with a spoonful of flour in his hand that he just scoped up from the floor

"You need to add it slowly otherwise that happens, stop rushing" I told him

"I'm not, I just want to eat cake" he said empty his spoonful of flour in to the kitchen aid

"And you will....erm Joe" I said as he was bent down on the floor again

"Yeah" he answered from where he look up from the floor, his black skinny jeans were now a light shade of grey.

"Did you just put the flour in to the kitchen aid" I questioned him

"Yeah why"

"Oh Joe" I sighed "We are going to have to start again"

"Why" he asked with a puzzle look upon his face

"Well for one it's been on the floor and two there won't be the right amount....so we are going to have to start over"

"Oh for fuck sake.....this cake is never going to be done" he said with frustration as he placed the spoon down on the table with more force than necessary.

"Plus you need to get cleaned up" I told him as I gazed down at his now grey Jeans

"Yeah I suppose....why the hell I agreed to this I never know" he groaned grabbing one of Zoe's tea towels off of the oven door handle and started to wipe him self down.

"Here are" he said passing me the tea towel once most of the flour was removed from his jeans

"What?" I said giving him a questioning look

"You have flour on your face" he chucked

"Really where"

"Just there" he said pointing to the spot on his own face, Grabbed the tea towel I wiped my nose

"Gone" I asked

"Nope....its just there"he showed me again

"Where"

"Oh give it here" Joe said taking the tea towel out of my hands, grabbing the end of the tea towel and wiping my side of my nose

"All gone" he announced.

"Thanks" I said giving him a small smile

After clearing up as much as the flour as we could for the time being, we weighed the ingredients out for a second time ready for the baking video take two. This time I put Joe in charge of wet ingredients, while I done the dry and hopefully we will not have a repeat of what just happened

"What's next" he asked

"Eggs...just the two" I told him

"I'm a master at cracking eggs" he announced "I can even crack them one handed"

Joe grabbed an egg and cracked it on the side of the bowl as I watched on, he began to manoeuvre the egg in to his hand so he could slip the shell open in two parts, and that he did, he pulled the shell part and the egg slipped out for it to only slip on to the floor completely missing the mixing bowl all together. I couldn't help but laugh at the sight of the egg, which the yoke had splattered straight on his nice bright white converse.

"Oh fucking hell"

"Serves you right for being cocky" I said chuckling

I watched as Joe tried to hop over toward the sink the egg sliding, and dripping off his shoe as he went. I looked down at the floor at what was left of the egg that wasn't on his shoe was now starting to mix with the flour that Joe spilt earlier.

Once his shoe was clean, we stated again for the third time lucky. Thankfully this time we had manger to make the cake and get it in to the oven with out another disaster.

While the cake was baking, we began to clear up and set up to make the icing for next clip of the video, while trying to step around the flour and egg remnants that was still on the floor as we couldn't get to clear it up until he video was finished.

Part 2 coming soon...
