Zalfie's Christmas Party - Part 1

"I think you've had enough love" Joe says as he grabs the drink out of her hand.

"Spoil sport" she pouted as she started to sway to one side clearly about to lose her balance.

"Zoe" Joe called spotting his sister calling her for some help.

Zoe grabbed the drink out of Joe's hand as he quickly grabbed her warping his arm around her keeping her from falling

"Oo hi Joe" she giggles, Joe shook his head at Zoe 

"Hiii!! Zoe" she yells over the Christmas music giving her a foolish wave.

"I think it would be a good idea, if she stays tonight" Zoe says to her brother

"You sure, that's ok"

"Yeah, It's fine as long as you don't mind taking the sofa"

"Nah it's fine" Joe said grateful to his sister

Finally with Y/N steady wrapped around him he finally stands up straight taking her weight.

"Hey!! Casp" Joe yelled

"Sorry buddy, but you two are never going to live his down" the South African chuckled placing his phone back in to his pocket after snapping a picture of the two of them.

Caspar knew, he knew that he loved this drunk girl and all the other feelings that he felt for her and he was sure his sister did as well, Joe had tried many times to drop a number of hints to Y/N but they didn't work, he had turned up on her door step on her birthday with a bunch of flowers in one hand and his heart in the other, but no she just didn't see it, she had always thought it was just Joe, Zoe's loveable daft brother who she had banter with she just didn't know how deep his feelings ran for her. The amount of times he tried to pluck up the courage to say them three little words, but he just couldn't the words just wouldn't form and he knew the moment he said them words things would change between them forever.

"We're going" Jim said as him and his wife came over towards the three of them

"Have fun" Tanya laughs motioning towards Y/N trying to grab the drink out of Zoe's hand

"Thanks for inviting us" they both said together

"That's Alright" Zoe beamed, proud of her first Christmas party in the new zalfie house.

"Your leaving?" Y/N shouted over the loud music

"Yeah we got to get home" they tell her

She slips her arms away from around Joe's neck and wraps her arms swiftly around Tanya and Jim squeezing them just a little bit tighter than normal.

"C'ya" Joe said as he swiftly moved to grab her

"Come on you, let's make you a coffee" he said leaving the group and leading Y/N towards the kitchen.

It was late and the party was rapping up and most people had left, Caspar was getting a lift back with Tanya and Jim, while Mark who was also staying over for the night, was just heading up to bed with Zoe.

"Here you go, drink that" he said placing the steaming hot coffee in front of her

"How comes you got so wasted tonight" he asked her trying to get a decent conversation out of her.

"Because it's.....Christmas....an....and Christmas is the best time to have fun and drink" Y/N slurred her words

"Ok love, But it's normally me wasted and you carrying me home" Joe laughed

"Well....well I thought it was my turn" she giggled as she took the last sip of the warm liquid

"I know" she announced excited "Let's dance" she said grabbing Joe by the waist pulling him in
