Chapter Two: World Cup

***Embry's POV***

When I woke up it was to the sound of a car door which surprised me. Not once had I ever seen a car at the Burrow, except for the taxis that brought us home from the station at the start of the summer. I quickly got dressed into a pair of jeans, a thin green turtleneck, and a pair of black boots then ran a brush through my long black hair before hurrying down the stairs. By the time I reached the kitchen I found Molly and Arthur there with Hermione.

"Hermione!" I smiled as I hurried over and hugged her. "How was your summer?"

"It was nice, how was yours?" She laughed a little at my hug before we both pulled back and looked at each other.

"It was nice, I spent quite a bit of time with Ginny and Molly." I shrugged. "I can't wait to get to the game though!"

"And see Cedric," she whispered softly so Molly and Arthur couldn't hear her as Ginny came down the stairs, still looking half asleep. "Good morning Ginny."

"Morning Hermione," Ginny nodded as she sat down at the table and started to eat the eggs that Molly had made for breakfast.

"Hermione, Lu, would you be dears and go wake up the boys?" Molly asked us. We both gave nods before hurrying up the stairs.

"I'll get Ron and Harry, you get the twins." She ran up another flight of stairs towards Ron's room before I could argue with her. She knew very well that I still wasn't speaking with George yet she sent me to wake him up. I'd have to get back at her later. I headed off to the twins' room and peeked in to see both of them still in bed, softly snoring. I walked past George's bed near the door and over to Fred's.

"Fred, wake up!" I yelled loud enough for George to hear too. I couldn't help but grin as both of them jumped in shock and George fell off his bed and onto the floor.

"Bloody hell, what was that for Lu?" Fred frowned at me.

"Your mum told me to wake the boys up and you're a boy." I shrugged as I headed back out the door, ignoring George as he frowned at me. "Get ready quickly if you want to get breakfast before we leave!"

"Are they up?" Ginny asked as soon as I walked back into the kitchen and sat down next to her at the table.

"Fred and George are, 'Mione was getting the other two." I took a piece of toast off her plate and took a bite of it, to which she frowned at. "So when do we leave?"

"As soon as the boys get down here," Arthur flipped through the Daily Prophet. "We have quite a walk to get to the portkey."

"They're up." Hermione informed all of us as she came down the stairs with all four boys right behind her with their eyes half closed, still half asleep.

"Time to get going then!" Arthur smiled as he stood up and Ginny and I did the same. We all picked up our bags that we'd packed yesterday and headed out the door.

"Fred! What's in your pocket?" I heard Molly say as I walked outside. It was still pretty dark out but I could see the sun starting to rise over the horizon as I waited in the yard with Ginny and the others for the twins who were still inside being scolded by Molly. When they did emerge from the house they both looked disappointed and upset, muttering about Molly ruining their plans. I ignored them though and walked with Ginny and Hermione as we all followed Arthur to find the portkey.

"How are you so awake?" Fred asked me after we'd all been walking for a little over an hour.

"Because I didn't stay up half the night testing products." I said over my shoulder.
