Ilang oras rin kaming naglibot sa kompanya ni Mr. Talavera at sa bawat seksyon ng kompanya ay puro iling ang ibinibigay ni Nick.

"Ara, this is ridiculous! Can we just go?" he hissed in anger.

"Ano ba Nick, this is so not you. It's not yet done can you chill yourself please?" I said as I punched him sa tagiliran niya habang tumatawa pa.

"Ara!" at tila mas nainis ito dahil sa panlalaki ng mga niya. "If you think this is just a joke, then I'm done!"

He was about to go but I stopped him. "Okay, I'm sorry. But please let's give this a try? Besides, it's you and Pia who will be deciding pa rin naman, we just need to check this out dahil baka lang naman Nick, baka lang." and I sighed.

Sa gitna ng aming paglalakad sa pasilyo ay biglang tumigil si Mr. Talavera at hinarap kami with his proud eyes. "So that's it, welcome to my company."

Nagkatinginan pa kami ni Nicko and he just seem to don't give a damn care about Mr. Talavera's whereabouts, hindi nga ata nakinig sa mga sinasabi dahil he is either on his phone or he talks to George, that I even tried to listen but I failed. Sobra bang pribado non at kinakailangan na magbulungan sila? Damn. Nakakainis.

"Ehem." Mr. Talavera faked cough.

"As I was saying, this is my terms and conditions regarding this falling company and here it is." May inilabas itong long folder at binigyan kami tig-iisa. Nagtataka koi tong tinignan dahil bakit biglang may ganito? In fact, I or my company should be the one who prepares this terms and conditions. And as far as I know we will be the one buying the company.

"You can take it para mas mapag-aralan ninyo ng mabuti. I am very much thankful for the idea that MCorp will help my business. Besides, what important is Ms. Mendez' signature."at tinignan nito si Nick, who's talking to George.

I know I shouldn't be the one who will decide because what matters is Pia's and Nick. But at the end, the final decision will be mine pa rin naman siguro. I really don't know. Kasi the moment Dad died, at simula ng magumpisa ako magtrabaho sa aming kompanya, sila na ang gumabay at alam kong mas may alam sila kaysa sa akin.

Kumatok ang nasabing sekretarya ni Mr. Talavera at sinabing may isa pang bisita at nanghihingi ng pahintulot kung papapasukin ba o hindi. Eh, sino naman iyon, kung ganoon? Napangunot ako sa ideyang—

"Let her in." Nick said. Heck.

"We're in the middle of our meeting, the visitor can wait." Mr. Talavera said.

"Let her in so we can finally decide whether we'll take this deal or not, it's your choice."

"But I would appreciate if you choose not to." Dagdag nito at tumingin sa akin.

Without prior notice from the CEO, the said visitor barge in.

"I'm sorry, pumasok na ako kasi nag notice sakin na this meeting is very important and medyo late na rin ako ng dating." Pia said. "May biglaang utos si madam." And she looked at me with a sly smile on her face.

Umupo ito sa gitna namin ni Nick at ipinagsiksikan ang sarili. "Mabuti na lang at napakiusapan ko ng maayos yung kliyenteng kailangang tanggalin sa listahan. Ano bang meron?" she whispered, pero dinig naman ng lahat dahil lahat ng mata ay nasa kanya.

"There." He handed a new folder to Pia.

"First condition...60% of the sales will be given on Talavera's and the remains will be at MCorps."
