"A series of happenings have triggered this incident. Ano ba ang nangyari today and yesterday, Mr. Barber." Tanong ng doktor sa labas ng private room ni May sa ospital.

"It's her birthday yesterday, I showed her the yacht where we had our honeymoon. She didn't remember anything though." Malungkot na pag-amin ni Ed.

"Yon lang ba ang nangyari?" Tanong ulit ng doktor.

"Well, she decided to leave me yesterday to find her ex but I knew she would be left hanging again so I asked nurse Jane to take care of her." Pilit na pinipigilan ni Ed ang sarili na 'di mag-breakdown.

"Alright. I know this is hard for you, Sir, but you need to be strong." Paalala ng doktor kay Ed.

"But that was 2 years ago. I don't understand why she remembers him. That should be me!" Halatang frustrated na si Ed sa mga nangyayari.

"Calm down. Let's go check on her."

Pagbukas nila ng pintuan gising na at nakangiti na si May. Halatang nakapagpahinga na siya ng maayos.

Nagising ako at naroon si Ed at ang doktor sa harapan ko, "Naaksidente na naman ako?" Biro ko.

Napangiti naman si Ed. "You are crazy!"

"You were just mentally and emotionally tired, Mrs..., I mean Ms. May." Paliwanag ng doktor. "I think you will be fine. See you later."

Lumabas ang doktor sa kwarto at kami nalang ni Ed naiwan. "How are you feeling?"

"Fine." Pabebe kong sagot. Lakas makaganda, bes!

"From now on, I'll let you decide on what you want to do. But there's one thing I want to ask from you, let's not discuss who am I to you and you to me." Tila malungkot si Ed. Hindi ko na naman gets kung bakit ganyan siya. May kinakatakutan ba siya?

"Ok, SIR. Hindi ba tayo nakakain sa party?" Tanong ko.

"Nope. We should eat then. Do you want to stay here or do you want to see Nanay Tere and Tatay Dan?" Asus! Gusto mo lang akong makasama eh! Hahaha! Feeling maganda bes!

"Tara! Miss ko na din sila eh!" Sagot ko sa kanya.
