"Ok, Sure!! But not too late. I will have to get back home by 7", Sanyukta said

"Excuse me? I cannot have a restaurant owner beside me and go on a date outside", Randhir replied.

"A date!!! No. It's not a Date. It is just a meeting", Sanyukta corrected.

"So you didn't listen to what I' had said earlier ?", Randhir chuckled.

"Randhirrrr!", Sanyukta let out a deep sigh.

"Sure!!! You Come home", she pressed her lips together.

An hour later ....

Randhir smiled at Sanyukta as he sipped his steaming coffee. She looked elegant in the yellow Salwar that she was wearing. In the glow of the lamp which stood on a small side table, her hair seemed to ripple like a stream of silk across her shoulders. She sat there opposite to him, sweet and silent lost in the murky depths of her coffee.

As she placed the coffee mug back on the table after a sip, Randhir's gaze fell on a drop of coffee that stuck to her lower lip. He felt the urge to lean across the table and suck the coffee drop off her lips . But much to his dismay, Sanyukta took her index finger up and wiped it off . He wouldn't have mind helping her, but Sanyukta would never ask for it.

"Lucky Coffee", he spoke to himself a little louder than intended

"Lucky Coffee", he spoke to himself a little louder than intended.

"Pardon!", Sanyukta frowned .

"I mean..... I am lucky for this coffee", he curled up his lips, took the mug in air and showed it to her .

"Thanks", she replied.

"I wouldn't have bothered if you hadn't apologized either ", he said.

"Then why did you pretend as if you were taking so long to accept it...", she asked.

"You don't know how sweet you sound asking for my apology . It was a pleasure listening to you", he complemented. "And if I wouldn't have prolonged the drama, I wouldn't have been here, sitting with the most beautiful woman and making this evening a memorable one "

"Oh! Come on", she waved an arm smiling at him and stared out of her window to hide her blush.

"Where is Yoyo Anna?", Randhir asked trying to get back her attention.

"He has gone for delivering orders."

"Okay", he replied.

"So where do you work. Your timings seem to match mine.", Sanyukta probed her first question that involved a personal touch.
