A LIE TO LOVE ❤️

Part # 40

Sanyukta was emotional and moved by his words. He was standing right there , seeking her love.

"Randhir.......", she called him out slowly.
"I can never explain the feeling your presence always gives me. You showed me a new way to look at things. You showed me what it is to fall in love and what it feels like to be in love. In fact you introduced me to a new ME. My life was so real and I actually lived my life when you were with me. And now, even if you walk away from my life, you cannot take away all that your love has left behind in me. I need you in my life more than anything else in this world ", she paused and continued.
"I don't mind who you are . I really don't care what your name is . I just want you to be the Randhir who I met in Bangalore . I don't know if you would love me more as Rajveer . All I know is the love my Randhir gave me. I love my Randhir and I want to love him.... Just him and no one else . If you could love me, as my Randhir , it will suffice."

He stood still looking into her eyes.

"Do you forgive me ?", he asked.

"Only if you let me call you as My Randhir ", she smiled.

"And if I do, Will you love me again???", he asked.

"Will you try to fool me again?", she questioned back.

"Never.", he replied looking into her eyes.

"Forever." she replied. "I have always loved you , Randhir. And I will always love you till the last breath of my love "

Randhir stood up from his place and stretched his arms forward . She ran over to him and hugged him with tears in her eyes . She had been waiting for this moment since the day he had left her in Bangalore. She missed him . She loved him. She craved for him.

Randhir wrapped his arms around her and hugged her tight. He was almost giddy with joy. He didn't know whether to kiss her or cry. He looked up towards the sky and smiled as if he was thanking his lord for returning the love of his life . He held her close until the feeling of warmth and peace washed over him. He then parted their frames and cupped her face to take a look of her beautiful face.

They both stared at each other for a while . He leaned in and kissed her forehead and then her eyes which were still flowing freely. He then kissed away her tears as if taking away the memories of the last painful and lonely three days. His hand reached upto her head and stroked her hair softly, tugging a loose strand of hair behind her ear . He leaned forward again , lingering his lips on her forehead and kissed her softly while she threw her arms around his neck in a tight and loving hug.

"I didn't know that you sing so well", she said resting her head on his shoulders.

"That's from my mom. She is a great singer. But now , she's just confined to kitchen and prayer room alone .... ", he paused.

She raised her head slowly to look at him.

Randhir nodded.

"Yes, her dream was to become a playback singer which she had to suppress after marriage . She knows what it is to miss a dream. She didn't want it happen with others, especially her daughter in law", he smiled.

Sanyukta looked at him in astonishment.

" For me , it's not enough, if I just understand you as your husband. I can give you the best life, only if I make sure that my family understands you , the person you are along your dreams ", he spoke softly.

"I spoke to my parents. They don't have a problem with your 'Elite Catering ' business. You can continue with your passion even after marriage", he smiled at her assuringly.

Sanyukta felt a fresh set of tears rolling down her face. It was a moment of bliss for her. What more she could have asked for ? The guy whom she had rejected for the sake of her dream had not just understood her dream and gone out of his ways to help her in achieving it but has also convinced his parents to let her pursue it.

"Sanyukta , from this day forward , you will not walk alone. My heart will be your shelter and my arms will be your home.... I know that you are the only one, who I want to share the rest of my life with. I know my life will never be complete without you in it.... I promise you, no one will work harder to make you happy or cherish you more than me.... You deserve the very best . Someone who will back you up without limits , let you grow without borders and love you without end. Will you let that someone be me ??? Will you do me the honour of becoming my wife ?? Will you marry me and make me the happiest person alive ????

Sanyukta stood staring at him in a bliss.

"You haven't left me with any choice, Randhir. Of course I will marry you, idiot ", she chuckled with a whirl of emotions and eyes full of tears.

"I Love you Sanyukta....", he confessed his undying love for her .

"I love you too Ran.....", and before she could complete , he leaned forward and captured her lips into a mind numbing kiss, pouring in all his love and sealing their relationship forever....
