Chapter 4

ASHLEIGHS POV

-Tuesday evening, after school in Ash's room-

"Finally, now I can love you," I start walking towards the love of my life, "I'll never leave you again baby." I say and fall onto my bed, hugging it and closing my eyes. God I love my bed, it's so damn comfy. I get up and open my school bag, I have math and English homework. God, don't teachers know too much homework can cause depression? Idiots.

"This is so confusing!" I yell. I'll just call Anna.

"Ello?"

"Hi Anna."

"Oh, hi. What's up?"

"I don't understand the homework."

"Are you serious?"

"Yes." "Okay, give me a minute."

I hear some yelling in the background and then some moving around before Anna comes back to the phone.

"Sorry, Ella tried to steal my food. I swear this kids trying to start World War Three with me."

I start laughing, Anna is so damn protective of her food.

"Okay, find ten per - SHUT UP ELLA!"

"Percent.."

"Yes. Now find the others to find the whole."

"Ok."

"Ok."

"Ok."

"K."

"Sorry, I have to go. Mum wants me to do chores. Talk tomorrow, bye."

"Bye An."

The call cuts out and I'm left alone, in my room. I decide music is calming, so I put on 'Hit and Run' by Lana Del Rey and start to dance around in my room. "Pick me up in your white Lamborghini..." I sing, my voice breaking. Singing is something people would rather me NOT do.

"DING DING DING DING DING" my Skype ringtone goes off, turns out Lucas is calling me.

"Good morning." He simply states, even though it's evening. His hair is a blonde mess on top of his head, not in his usual quiff.

"Morning."

"What cha doing?"

"Homework."

"I'm sure. What are you doing this weekend?"

"I don't know, most likely nothing."

"Well now you're doing something. Were going to the fair."

"What fair?"

"I don't know, the one that's on. Got to go, talk tomorrow."

"Okie, Bye Luke."

"Bye."
