These are just two small arguments from both sides, you can use or read them for reference, so I hope you guys enjoy my passages.

a. Affirmative

Our second argument is that once prostitution is legalized, this kind of commerce will be put under control. The employers and employees in this field of work must obey the laws, which may be very strict, about how prostitution work and make money for the society and of course, the health requirement for prostitutes and customers. This will lead to a great decline in the rate of sexually transmitted diseases. Otherwise, if prostitution is not above board, customers and hustlers will not know if the others have sexual health problem or not, and without effective regulations like wearing a condom, they will get dangerous diseases like HIV/AIDS. An article in the New York Times shows that 98 of 835 female prostitutes tested in seven cities were virus carriers. So legalizing prostitution is necessary after all.

b. Negative

Our second argument is that if prostitution is legalized, human rights will be violated. Prostitution is morally wrong, that's why making it legal can break the social standards of morality. Moreover, the prostitutes can't get many benefits as the supporters have pointed out. They will still be violated, get meager pay and be discriminated. For example, in Germany, woman are abused hour after hour in huge mega-brothels around German cities. Human trafficking gangs continue to sell girls from eastern Europe, South America and Africa into sexual slavery. A report by Germany's Family Ministry found a decade of legalization had "not brought about any measurable actual improvement in the social coverage of prostitutes".
