~ROBINS POV~
Shortly after Venus and Cat left, Coach let us go back to our ‘quarters’ as she called it.
“You know how to get there?” Flames asked.
“I’m pretty sure we can find our way,” I said.
He nodded. “Good, ‘cause I gotta help these guys,” he said, and walked away.
Out in the hall, Beastboy and Cyborg were talking about Venus and I sparring.
“I haven’t seen anyone come close to kicking Robins butt since...,” Cyborg trailed off.
But we all knew how the sentence would have ended. Kaelyn was to only one who came close, and half the time she would.
It was silent for a while.
“I wonder why the call her Venus...,” Raven wondered aloud.
“Venus is a planet, yes?” Star asked.
I nodded. I’ve wondering about that too. It was just a planet. Nothing special.
We were passing Venus’s door, when we heard Cat.
“You haven’t told him? How could you not have told him!” she shouted.
“Shh! Do you have to be so loud?” Venus asked her.
I put my ear against the door.
“Robin, I do not think you should be listening,” Star whispered.
“How come you haven’t told him yet?” Cat asked.
“Robin has a right to know,” a mans voice said.
The others had their ear against the door now too. “What do you have the right to know?” Beastboy asked.
Cyborg shoved his head. “Obviously he doesn’t know,” he whispered.
I put my finger to my lips, signaling for them to shut up.
“I cant tell him. Just imagine his reaction to that!” Venus said. “Take my reaction, and double. Heck, maybe even triple it! He’d go out searching for him the moment we turn our backs.”
“V, he’s going to go out looking for her sooner or later anyway. You know that,” Cat said.
“Who are you gonna look for?” BB asked.
Cyborg shoved his head again.
“Venus, you must tell him,” the mans voice said.
“Director, why can’t-“ Venus started, but the man, Director I’m guessing, cut her off.
“You know why you have to tell him. I’ll leave you girls to it. Say hello to Flame for me,” he said.
There was a sigh. “Yes sir,” Venus said.
There was a pause.
“Cat, can you please-“
“No, Venus. You have to tell Robin,” Cat said, cutting Venus off.
I couldn’t take it anymore. I opened the door and walked in. “You have to tell robin what?” I asked.
Cat’s eyes widened, and Venus quickly turned around, messing with some stuff.
“How much did you hear?” Cat asked, looking at all of us in the doorway.
“Enough to know that your hiding something from me,” I said looking at Venus. Her back was still turned.
Cat walked around her, looked at her and nodded. Then Venus finally turned to us.
She looked sad. She held my gaze, then nodded.
“All right. I’ll tell you. Cat, could you give the rest of the Titans a quick tour?” she asked.
Cat nodded. “C’mon you guys,” she said, and lead my team away.
“I’ll tell you if you promise to never go after m... The Commander. Got it?” she asked.
I nodded.
She sighed. “Then you’re gonna want to sit down.
