~KAELYN’S POV~

I’ve been trapped in this stupid tower for days.

So far, there has been no news of Katherine, and Flame has been updated me everyday. Or at least he’s trying too.

I’ve been spending plenty of time with everyone. We’ve defiantly caught up.

Starfire, Raven, and I are sisters again. Cyborg’s a second brother again. Robin and I won’t leave each others side...

And Beastboy and I are starting to sneak around again. I do feel kinda bad about sneaking behind Robins back again, but he wouldn’t understand. It seems like everyone but him has accepted the fact that BB and I really like each other.

“Wutcha thinkin’ bout?” Flame said from the screen, shocking me from my thoughts.

I looked up. “Nothing... just wondering about Katherine,” I said... I wasn’t completely lying, I was thinking about her.

Flame sighed. “Kaelyn, we’re doing our best. Did you get those files I sent you?” he asked.

I nodded.

“Good... have you found anything?” he asked.

I shook my head. “No... we’ve checked every data base we could think of, and then some. It’s impossible!” I said, exasperated.

“Don’t say that, Kaelyn, we will find her,” he told me.

I heard someone in the background burst in the room. “Flame, I think we found something!” It sounded like Blossom.

Flame looked excited. “I’m coming,” he said.

I smiled. “You better go,” I told him.

He nodded, then the screen went black.

I sighed, and laid back down on the couch.

“Everything OK?” I heard from behind me.

I turned, and there was Beastboy.

“Every things... fine,” I said.

“Kaelyn, don’t lie. What’s wrong?” he asked again.

Instead of answering, I pulled him down on the couch next to me. “How did you feel when you thought I was dead?” I asked.

“Why?” he asked.

“Just... tell me,” I said.

“I felt... like the world stopped spinning. I thought that I would never see you again,” he said.

“I’m sorry,” I said for the billionth time since I got here.

He chuckled. “Now tell me what’s wrong,” he said.

I shook my head. “I’m just worried. I’m the leader of the ninjas, and I can’t do anything. Katherine’s kidnaped, and now Flame is the one who has to find her. I just feel so helpless,” I said.

Beastboy smoothed my hair and kissed my forehead. “Trust me, everything will be fine. Flame will find Katherine, we’ll take care of The Commander, and then we’ll all go out for pizza,” he said.

I laughed. “Pizza sounds good,” I said with a smile.
