The sweaty team of seven followed Bruce to Ariella’s room. He called her out and they went into another room with a round table and nine chairs.
“This is our army planning room” Bruce answered. “We are going to spend a lot of time in here planning our mission”.
“What is it?” asked peter, folding his arms. His blonde hair was ruffled from the race.
“We have to save prince Hercules and bring him here. King Luther is planning to kill him. He has been speaking out against the King and of course he wouldn’t want a man with that behavior to run the kingdom. Luther has been trying to gain control or alliance with the modern world and Hercules would stop it” Bruce explained. “This young lady told me” he added as he looked at Ariella.
“I am the princess of Evergreen. My father sent me here to spy on the revolution and tell him how big their army is and what you are planning. I told him I’d go but I’m not spying on you. I’m going to send him false information and try to stall him before he kills my brother. The Queen is trying to keep him alive as well but… she just wants this war over… and she doesn’t want to lose” she said. She still dressed in a gown with bright red lips and lots of jewelry.
“How would we get into the castle?” Oliver asked. “We don’t know where it is”.
“I stole a map of Evergreen and the castle. I know all the weak guarded points and secret entrances” Ariella answered.
“I’m speeding up the process of your suits and weapons” Bruce added to his team.
“Are you coming with us to the castle?” Evelyn asked Bruce and the princess.
“I am” answered Bruce.
“I am to” Ariella said.
“We finally have an upper hand in this war” Sean cheered.
“I’ll help you write the letters” Evelyn said to Ariella. “I know what to say when it comes to war. If you say that we are very suspicious of you then that implies we are weak, scared, and anxious” she added.
“We’ll also have some celebration nights to relive the stress” Bruce announced.
“The last time we had one of those I ended up with a girlfriend” Oliver said, happily.
“That was a mistake” Evelyn muttered.
“How?” Oliver asked.
“You lost all your focus” Evelyn snapped.
“Oh yeah” Oliver realized.
“That’s it for today. You can all go along your lives now” Bruce ordered and the young warriors left the room and went to their own apartments.
Oliver showered and changed into a white button shirt, black pants, and black shoes. . Evelyn showered after him and had a brown t-shirt, her boots, and black leggings.
“So what are we doing now?” Oliver asked.
“I have to go to a singing class” Evelyn replied. “I joined so I could help more with Karen’s musicals” she added as she walked off with a nervous look on her face.
“Have fun” he said softy. He didn’t know what we would do on his own. He found Verizon and ate lunch with James and Deborah.
“I’ve almost finished designing your suit and weapons. Then I’ll submit it to the black smiths and you’ll have it” Deborah said as Oliver arrived at the table.
“Cool”. “I thought you guys didn’t know each other” he said after he thought about Deborah and James sitting together.
“I’m also designing James suit and weapons” she answered.
