Well, Graduation was pretty wild. Someone in fainted in the stands and the paramedics came and took them away, some parents were throwing punches at each other in the stands because they were blocking the view, someone got illegal fireworks shot up just for them, and a helicopter circled the stadium because our school is a bit ghetto 😬.
Anyway, it was so sad to watch the seniors walk away for the last time, it didn't really hit me until they walked past us while we were playing the recessional and I realized, "Wow they're actually leaving." They made band such a wonderful experience and they are very highly appreciated.
And check out that picture of our head drum major conducting us one last time before he received his diploma, he almost made us cry and he was so happy...
But our first marching band rehearsal is this Tuesday, and I'm honestly really excited for what's yet to come.
