"Elizabeth! Help me get get this car off the road!" I yelled covered in blood. We moved the car off the road and I picked up the guy.
"We need to get him to Carlisle." I said to Elizabeth as we ran back to the house. On our way back to the house we passed Jasper, Emmett, and Alice who were all in a panic.
"Make sure to hide that car the best you can and make it look like nothing happened." I said to Alice as we ran past them quickly.
"Hang on in there dude." I said to the man in my arms as I heard his heart start slowing. I ran up to the house and rushed in side and went up to the room that Carlisle turned into a little hospital room. I laid him down on the bed and looked at Carlisle.
"Help him Carlisle!" I yelled at him
"I can't hear his heart, his to far gone." Carlisle said putting his hand on my shoulder will a solemn look.
"What are you talking about, I can hear his heart." I looked at him confused.
"I can't help him but you can." he said stepping out of the way, knowing what had to be done if wanted this poor man to live.
I bent down and picked him up and sunk my teeth into his neck releasing my venom. As I did that the taste of human blood hit my tongue and I locked on to him going into a feeding frenzy.
"Stop. Brittany stop before you crush him and end up sucking out all of his blood." Carlisle said pulling me off with the help of Felix and Caius came into view and helped calm me down a bit. I left the room for Carlisle to do his doctoring.
I sat in the living room and my phone ringed, it was my mom. I felt something was off due to the timing since she usually calls at a later time.
"Brittany, I have some very bad news." my mother said to me and I can tell she was on the verge of crying and I wondered what happened.
"What? What is it?" I asked feeling like this was going to be either life changing or tragic.
"Pawpaw is dead." she said and I felt the warmth leave my body, it was both.
"No, it can't be true. I saw him this morning and he was perfectly fine." I said as my body started to tremble.
"It must have happened while you were at school today. I'll call back later to give you an update." she said as she hung up. I sat there with the phone in my hand and everyone was looking at me. I saw Jasper and he could feel what I was feeling, it was all over his face and Edward heard his thoughts.
"Brittany what happened?" Edward asked. I started to cry and I kept mumbling that my grandpa was dead. I felt Caius wrap his arms around me and everyone else followed his actions. I stopped crying about 5 hours later and I just laid on the couch with my head in Caius's lap.
I realized that my grandpa is with my grandma now and he's happy. I later there with a smile on my face as a few tears left my eyes racing for freedom. I fell asleep as happy thoughts clouded my mind.
Elizabeth's POV
I sat on the chair with Alex behind me watching Brittany making sure she was okay as I used my powers to make her feel warm and protected.
I finally looked up at Alex and he smiled down at me. I got up and we both left and he took me to a place in the garden that had food spread out on a blanket.
"A special evening with my special lady." Alex said giving me a goofy smile.
"Aww aren't you romantic." I said kissing his cheek. We sat down and I ate one of the tiny cupcakes and it had something hard in it. I put whatever it was on a napkin to clean it up a bit.
It was a silver ring with a black gem in the center. I looked up to Alex who was already on one knee, I looked at him in shock.
"We are mates and we would never leave each others side. Elizabeth will you make me the happiest immortal person alive by becoming my wife?" Alex said and I nodded yes and he took the ring and put it on my hand.
We kissed and things got heated very quickly. He looked down at me,
"You want to wait for the honeymoon or seal our bond here?" He asked nervously.
I pulled him down kissing him and letting him go,
"I guess that means here then." he said as he kissed me and the night was filled with passion.
Jasper's POV
I went up to mine and Alice's room and laid down next to Alice.
"I hope she will be okay, Jazz." Alice said turning to me looking for an answer.
"Well what do you see darling?" I said back to her. We both laid there in silence, both of us focusing on our gifts. I could feel happiness, love, and sadness down stairs; but outside I felt love, lust, and passion.
I zoned out and started to remember the day Alice and I met to take my mind off of sad things for a while as I laid there smiling.
Carlisle's POV
I sat and watched the man Brittany brought in waiting for him to wake up, Alice said he will at 12:00 am, it is now 11:57 pm. He hasn't shown no sign that he's alive or anything.
I then pull out my journal and write down some things and I hear an intake of breath. And everyone except Elizabeth and Alex are here to see the newborn.
Brittany walks over to him and he looks at her and moves away.
"Y-y-you're a monster" He said fear all over his face.
"Calm down and tell us who you are sir" I said wanting him to calm down but also not upset Brittany.
"My name is Adam Erickson." he said nervously not really knowing what is happening.
"I am Carlisle and this is my family, and your are our newest member. I need to explain somethings to you" I said sitting down and telling him everything and giving him proof.
Aro told him the laws and what happens when you break them. All while keeping him calm so he doesn't freak out.
"What about the other ones? The ones with caramel colored skin and steady hearts, the one with the fast heart, and the group of the ones who's heart beat is super low?" Adam asked figuring out that everyone was different by heartbeat.
"They are shape shifters, Nessie is a vampire human hybrid, and Brittany can explain what she and her group are" I said pointing at Jacob and his pack, then Nessie, and Brittany.
"We are hybrids, but we aren't like Nessie. We are a combination of vampire, werewolf, shape shifter, elf, fairy, demon, angel, witch/wizard, and Greek, roman, and Egyptian gods." I said sitting next to Carlisle using my fingers to count out the deferent species.
"So am I just a vampire, or a hybrid, or what you are?" Adam asked Brittany as she shook her head and showed a small smile.
"You are like me, I'm the one who turned you. We call ourselves the Ultimates. And if you were like Nessie you'd be a baby right now because she was born the way she is. Bella and Edward are her parents." Brittany said pointing at them.
Adam rubbed is throat as he took in the information, it was probably time for him to go feed. Luckily these hybrids weren't like regular vampire newborns.
"I think you need to go hunt, come on Emmett and I will take you." I said. We left the house to go hunt.
Brittany's POV
I went to my room to clean the blood that has now dried on my hands and all over my clothes. I looked in the mirror and noticed I had a little bit on my face. I started at myself, the past few hours finally started to take it's toll on me and a few tears fell onto the counter.
I stripped out of my clothes and got underneath the hot water. I started to wash my hair, grabbing the shampoo and squeezing some in my hand. As I turned around to put the bottle back I was met with familiar red eyes.
