I smiled and continued to bathe until he spoke up, "I can see the pain in your eyes....." he put his hand on my cheek. I nodded not wanting to talk afraid I would cry.
After I was done I got out, dried off, put pajamas on, and laid down. I felt Caius lay down next to me so I turned around kissed him on the cheek and cuddled into him and fell asleep.
Alice POV
I waited in the living room for Carlisle, Emmett, and Adam to return when I got a text from Brittany's mom saying that she needed her to go to her grandpa's to help go through the stuff that she left behind and to grab her part of the inheritance.
I hear movement a mile from the house and get ready for the guys to walk in just as Jazz walked behind me and hugged me. "I can feel their happiness already." he said burying his face in my neck.
As the others walked in I ran to get Aro. As I entered Aro's temporary study he looked from his book and smiled saying "Ah Alice my dear, Carlisle is back I presume?", I nodded and walked out as he followed behind me.
When we finally made it back down stairs and went to the dining room which is where we usually had our meetings.
Carlisle was already sitting in his spot and Aro sat next to him. I smiled and waved telling them goodnight as i went back to prepare everyone's outfits for the next day.
Aro POV
After I sat down next to Carlisle I pulled out a map of the world. Carlisle looked at it puzzlingly until I spoke up, "It's to mark off our territories dear friend. Since we are all equals now. And to decide a place to hold the council meetings."
Carlisle nodded and looked at the map and spoke up, "Well since we have a pack up in Washington they will control that area and the other states nearby and a part of Canada. The Denali's get Alaska, another part of Canada, and that area of Russia."
I took out different colored pens and marked it appropriately, "What about Your coven and Brittany's coven?" I said choosing two different colors again.
Carlisle thought for a bit and looked at the map working it out in his head, "Maybe we can get the rest of the northern states and Brittany's Coven gets the southern states along with Mexico, Cuba, and the other islands. Then let the other hybrid and his aunt have South America." He said using his finger to trace the borders.
I nodded and drew the borders then I looked at him and smiled, "I'll fill the rest of this out myself you can go spend time with your mate." I said and gave him a hug.
I went back to looking at the map and drawing out the territories.I then gave Africa, the middle east, and the lower parts of Asia to the Egyptian coven. I gave my coven western Europe all the way to the border of Norway down to Greece.
But I left out the United Kingdom, the rest of Canada, Greenland, Iceland, and the Faroese Islands to the Irish coven. The rest of Northern Asia and eastern Europe I gave to the Asian coven or the Dragon Blood coven as they call themselves. Then I noticed that I didn't give Australia and its surrounding areas to anyone so I gave them to the Denali's.
After I did this I took a picture of it and then had it framed and had one of my human workers back in Volterra call to buy a castle in Scotland to be the meeting place for all the royal families. I then sent an email to the other covens about their new territories and that I will update them on when we will all meet.
I left my make shift office and went to go have fun with my mate and take her out.
