I woke up not knowing where I am. I didn't even know who I am. I looked around the room. The walls white, and the floor a grayish tile. There were heart monitors next to the bed. It carried a constant beep.

Right next to the bed was a boy sleeping in a chair. He had jet black hair and sea green eyes. Wait how did I know that? There was also a line of drool coming out of his mouth. My hand was also intertwined with his. Why?

I continued to look at him feeling as if I couldn't look away. He was breathing steadily as I stared.

The heart monitor started to speed up as I got freaked out about everything happening. Where am I? Who am I? Who is this boy? Why can't I remember anything?

I pried my hand from him trying to not wake him up. I didn't work though. As soon as my hand was gone he started to stir. He was now sitting straight up blinking. When he stopped blinking and looked at me his eyes went wide, and his mouth turning into a huge smile.

The next thing I know he was on top of me hugging me. I started to struggle to breathe he was hugging so tightly.

"Willow" he shouted. Was that my name?

"Wh...Who...A...Are you" I stuttered out

"You don't remember me"

"No. Who are you?"

"I'm Percy. Your boyfriend."

"Oh, I'm sorry." I said, "How long have I been here?"

"A month"

"Really!"

"Yes, but you're awake now."

Just then a doctor burst into the room. He looked at me with a face of pure amazement. Something about that look made me feel unsafe all of a sudden. He walked over to me and started asking questions, like how I am feeling, or if I remember anything.

After a few questions, he asked Percy to leave so he could do some tests and other things. Percy left and then the doctor turned and looked at me again only this time his face was a mixed emotion of anger, hate, and disappointment.

"Did I do something wrong?"

"Indeed you did."

"What was it? Please tell me."

"You woke up. You should've died."

"W...What I don't understand."

"Of course you don't." He said as his body somewhat shimmered, "Now you will."

His body flicked out and all that was left was a giant monster. It had horns, hooves, a tail and so many other things that were so wrong. It grabbed me as I let out a scream. before I could call for help it threw me across the room into the wall. I lifted my head to look at it but my vision was clouded in black dots.

At that very moment, I wished I was a bug or even a mouse. Anything that was small. My body almost instantly began to ache and hurt. It felt like my bones were breaking. I screamed again but louder and longer. I fell onto the floor in pain. My eyes closing.

The pain continued for some time later but when it finally stopped I opened my eyes. Everything was so much bigger now. It was almost as if I have shrunk. But that wasn't possible. I looked down at my hand only to see paws instead. I moved my head so I could see the rest of my body.

I was a mouse. A white small furry mouse.

I diverted my attention away from myself and up to the monster. It was looking around confused. Just when it saw me the boy burst into the room. He held a shining bronze sword in his hand.

He lunged at the monster fighting it. His sword would go to hit it but the monster would move at the right moment. This went on for some time before the sword landed itself right in the stomach of the monster.

It down at me and smiled before dispersing into a cloud of golden dust.

Once it was gone the boy. Percy began looking all over for me. He didn't notice me as a mouse on the floor. I scurried over to him and climbed up his pants. He looked down feeling something pulling on his pants. When he saw me he reached down and picked me up.

"Willow is that you?"

I couldn't speak so I just squeaked. He looked confused for a moment before smiling.

"I'm taking that as a yes." he said, "I'm going to put you in my pocket and take you somewhere you'll be safe."

I squeaked again before he lowered me into his pocket. It was surprisingly big and comfy. The only other thing in there is a ballpoint pen. Since I had nothing better to do I laid down the best I could in the pocket and fell asleep.

I opened my eyes to see nothing but blackness. Then thousands of pictures started flying past me. They moved so fast but I could make out a few of them. There were ones where I was fighting, or laughing, even one where I was on a horse that had wings.

They started going so fast I couldn't see them. I tried to make out what some of them were but I failed. Then everything stopped on one image. It was me with Percy. I was kissing him. I was shocked that I could forget this. I didn't remember Percy. I didn't remember anything about anyone, or anything.

After a few seconds of the image being there, it vanished leaving me in pitch black again. Then there was a deep voice of someone laughing. The laugh got louder and louder till I couldn't stand it.

I covered my ears with my hands trying to block out the noise. It didn't work. I could still hear it. It only got louder. Then it suddenly stopped.

"Willow. Willow."

"Who's there?"

"You will soon find out."

"What do you mean?"

"All in good time."

It too was gone. I was left in a pitch black room. Nothing around me, and no one. Then the laughing started again. It was louder than it had been. I felt as if my ears were going to explode from the harsh noise.

I laid down on the ground and covered my ears. My body curling itself up into the tiniest ball it could be. Then I just laid there trying to get away from the noise.
