I woke up and was shocked. I didn't have a nightmare. The whole night I slept without waking up sweating, and panting because of the nightmare I keep haveing. It was gone. I don't know if that means that it is gone and it was just a nightmare and that was it or if that means it is going to happen now.
My mind wandered back to the prophecy that I was given by the Oracle. It said, "One shall go home". That should be me then. It says I go home.
Deciding I should see what it means I got out of bed and headed to the bathroom. It was only 5:30 am so I still have a little bit before everyone gets up. Once I was in the bathroom I stripped out of my PJ's and then turned the shower on. Not caring if the water was warm I jumped in the shower. The water was cold on my skin but it slowly got warmer and warmer the longer I was in. I quickly washed my body, and face, and then I washed my hair. By the time I had done all of that the water was burning hot.
I let the water run down my body for a few more minutes before I hopped out of the shower and grabbed a towel. I wrapped the towel around my body and tucked the corner in so that it didn't fall off as I walked. I opened the bathroom door and headed over to the dresser. I opened the dresser and grabbed black ripped skinny jeans, a navy blue tank top, with a black jacket over it. I put my black combat boots on and hid my daggers in them, and the last thing I did was grab a navy blue beanie that I found and put it on.
I went into the bathroom and grabbed all the things I needed like toothpaste, toothbrush, a brush, hair ties, deodorant, and a few other things. When I had all that I went back into the room and grabbed a backpack I had. I stuffed all of that stuff in there and then went to the dresser and grabbed a bunch of random clothes. I put all of that in the bag as well and then I grabbed some ambrosia, nectar, and anything else I needed.
I grabbed a notebook that was in the cabin and a pen and I wrote a not for Percy. I wrote that I was going home for a few days and that I would be fine. I told him that I didn't want him coming to find me and that I would come back in a few days. The last things I wrote on it was I love you. I folded the note up and then grabbed my backpack and started to head out.
Right before I left I remembered my bracelets. I ran back into the bathroom and grabbed my two bracelets off the counter and put them on before I left the cabin. I went to the Poseidon cabin and pushed the note under the door.
After the note was under the door I jogged to the pavilion and grabbed a blueberry bagel and a cup of chocolate milk. I drank the milk and then I took the bagel wrapping it in a napkin and then I headed to the camp barrer. When I was getting there all the camper were starting to come out of their cabins, the breakfast horn blew and I knew I needed to get out now.
I ran as fast as I could trying to get out of the camp before anyone noticed me. I ran and ran getting faster and faster until the hill came into view. I ran as fast as I could and when I got onto the hill I was safe. I looked back at the camp. I saw the Poseidon's cabin door open and Percy walked out. I didn't think I should be there any longer. I turned around and ran out of the camp and towards my home.
~Time Skip~
I don't know how long I had been running for but it seemed like hours. I was having good luck so far since I hadn't run into any monster yet. Right now I was standing in a empty park. There were no kids playing or people taking a walk it was completely deserted. I stopped deciding I needed a break. I sat down on a bench that was facing the playground. I grabbed my backpack and opened it. Inside of my backpack, I packed a thing of crackers just in case. I grabbed the box and started to eat them.
