Daughter of a Myth

Chapter 7

We were driving, and then sally hit the breaks.  Percy flew forwards, and I fell onto the floor.  When I hit the floor I yelped out in pain.  Marry looked back so quickly I thought she was going to break her neck. When everything stopped moving Percy picked me up off the floor and back onto the chair.  

"Ok I love you, see you next year, and take care of both of you" Sally said

"Ok I love you too Bye." Percy said 

"Take care of my daughter" Mary said

"I will." Percy said again.  Percy picked me up bridal style again.  He climbed out of the car and then started to walk towards a giant hill.  He started to jog up the hill when he reached there.  I could feel my eyes beginning to close.  Percy seemed to notice to because he looked at me.

"Stay with me.  Don't close your eyes" he said.

"I'd love to but I'm just so tiered" I told him

"Don't go to sleep" he said more forcefully.

He raced up the hill faster.  When we reached the top of the hill there were 4 harpies.  When they saw us they attacked.  One of they lunged at Percy and he dropped me.  Wow dropped on the ground twice today now great.  I hit the ground and cried out in pain.  I think I had broken a rib by now.  I saw Percy reach in his pocket and grabbed a pen.  He turned to me and then he uncapped his pen, and it turned into a sword.  

"Don't fall asleep, and stay" he says before running off.  I rolled my eyes at his statement.  I watched as Percy ran over to were the harpies were.  He started to fight off the 3 harpies.  Wait weren't there 4 harpies.  Were did the 4th one go.  

"Hello sweetie" it said

"Percy" I tries but all that came out was a whisper.

"He can't help you right now" it said.  It came onto the ground and stood right above me.  It lifted its had with very sharpe nails, and was ready to strike me.  Bye Percy I said to myself.  Time slowed down as I stood up.  It took all my strength to stand.  I launched myself at it and reached in my pocket finding a knife.  I brung it out and stabbed it in the heart.  She turned to gold dust right under me.  I fell to the ground for the third time today. 

When I hit the ground I could feel my heart slowing down.  I looked to see how Percy was doing.  He stood there fighting the last harpie but he looked tried.  He turned to me and when his eyes landed to me his eyes started to water.  He turned back to the harpie, and then stabbed it right in its heart.  Once it was gone he ran straight to me.

"Hey stay with me, stay with me please." he said as he picked me up 

"Percy" I said 

"What" he asked

"Sorry" I told him

"For what you didn't do anything" he told me

"For everything" I said.  My eyes were heavy to keep open and they started to close

"No stay with me." he said yet again

"I love you" I said lifting my hand putting it on his check

"I love you too" he said.  My eyes started close

"No stay awake" he said.

"See you again some day" I told him before my eyes closed.  I moved my head and laid it on his chest.  I drifted to sleep as my body continued to move towards were ever Percy was taking me.

~After passing out~

I opened my eyes to find myself in a all white room.  There was nothing but wide white paths that never ended. 

"Hello" I said

"Hi" someone else said

"Who said that" I asked panicking

"I did" the person said.  I turned around to see a guy walking over to me.  He had white hair, and electric blue eyes.  

"Were am I, and who are you" I said

"You are in the state of life/death" he said 

"What does that mean" I asked 

"It means that you have started to die but you are not completely gone" he said

"Can I go back then" I said hope full

"Yes but it had never been done" he said 

"Let me try" I said.  He agreed leading me to a building.  When I entered there was nothing there.  I looked around to see nothing again.  Two guys walked in and stood looking at me.  

"You wish to live" The first asked me

"Yes" I said.

"Ok then I wish you luck" the second one said.

"Wait wh-" I started but before I could finish a door opened under me and I fell.  

When I stooped falling I hit the ground.  I looked around to see the hill that Percy and I were on.  Wow this was easier then I thought.  All of a sudden Marry showed up, then Sally next to her, and finally Percy.  Then a three monsters came out of nowhere, and each one went to kill one.  

"You must choose on to save" A voice said in my head.

I looked at them all realizing that I couldn't pick.  I had a great idea.  I bent down and grabbed three stones.  I throw one stone at the monster attacking Percy.  It looked at me and then started walking to me.  I grabbed hold of the other two stones and threw them at the other two monsters.  They did the same thing as the other one did.  

They all were running to were I was waiting for them.  All of a sudden a bow was in by hands.  I looked at it before showing it to the side.  I sat down on the ground.  

"Take me but leave my friends alone" I said as they reached me.  I closed me eyes waiting for them to kill me but it never came.  I opened my eyes to see three piles of gold dust in front of me.  Then I fell into a pitch black hole.  

When I stopped falling I was in a room and was standing next to my own passed out body.  Percy was sitting next to me holding my hand.  The guy that I saw when I passed out was standing next to me now.  

"When you are ready you can go back to that life." he said

"I passed the trial then" I asked happy.

"Yes, good luck" he said.  All of a sudden I was pulled back into my body.
