When I woke up I went and took a shower. Once I got out of the shower I went and got my clothes and headed down stairs. When I got down at the bottom of the stairs I heard Mary talking to someone. Being curios I kept closer so I could hear.
"I know I should bring her, but I don't want to yet" she said.
"She is a demigod and you know that. However I don't think that she should go right after she was adopted" the other person said. I moved and the hard wood floor creaked under me. I ducked behind the closest thing.
"I have to go" she said turning around to were I was.
"Willow come out" she said. I slowly crept out.
"Hi" I casually waved
"How much of that conversation did you hear" she asked
"Nothing I just came down the stair a few minutes ago, and I heard you talking to someone so I was being quiet." I told her.
"Are you telling me the truth" she asked strictly
"Of course" I said lying
"Ok. I also have something that I forgot to tell you something ." she said
"What is it" I asked
"We have a dance that we have to go to tonight" she said
"Oh fun" I said truly excited.
We went into the kitchen and eat breakfast. When we finished eating I asked it I was allowed to go outside, and she told be yes so I went outside. When I got outside I decided to run back in and grab a book. After I had the book I ran back outside. When I got back outside I found the biggest tree and climbed it to read.
When I was comfy I sat there and started to read. I don't know how long I had been reading but when I looked up the sun was starting to set. I remembered that we were going to the dance. Mary came out calling me. I jumped down I landed on the ground perfectly fine. I looked up in the tree at the place I had just been. Then I turned and jogged to were Mary was.
"Hey sorry, I was lost in my book and didn't realize what time it was." I said
"It's ok but we have to go in and hour so lets go get ready." she said.
"Ok lets go I guess" I said as she lead me inside.
When we got inside, and she took me to her room. She went to her closet and started digging through it to find something. When she came back out she had the silver dress that she bought at the mall the other day.
"Here" she said handing it to me (dress at top).
"What about you" I asked
"I have this" she said showing me a black dress with white spots all over it.
"Ok" I said taking the dress heading to my bathroom to put it on. When I finished I grabbed my necklace, bracelet, and earrings. Then I headed back into Mary's room.
"How do I look" I said
"You look fantastic" she told me
"Don't we have to go now" I asked
"Yes but you need one more thing" she told me going back to her closet and digging through there.
"What" I asked. She turned around and handed me silver high heals.
"These" she said
"No I couldn't" I said
"Well then you don't get to go see Percy" she said
"Ug fine but not so I can see Percy" I said probably blushing madly.
When we were all done getting dressed and were all ready we headed to the car to go. When we got to the car I realized that when she started talking about Percy I was blushing. Did that mean that I had a crush on Percy?
