Giant spiders. Of course, it had to be spiders. Roman quickly grabbed his sword that he had dropped when Anxiety fell on him, standing in front of the unarmed trait, shouting. "Run, Anxiety! I'll take care of it."

He didn't move. Roman turned to look at him, finding him frozen in fear. "Hey! Can you hear me? Run!" Roman shouted again. Anxiety flinched away from him, but his feet didn't move.

"Shit," Roman swore, looking back and seeing the spiders approaching them quickly. He shouted at Anxiety in frustration, trying to push him back so he would move. Anxiety yelped, covering his face with his hands, starting to hyperventilate. Roman immediately felt guilty, looking down at Anxiety and helping him up. "Look, I'm sorry, but we have to run okay? You can do this, we can make it out, let's just get somewhere safe and hidden."

Anxiety accepted Roman's hand, standing up and following behind as Roman led him behind some trees, out of the way of the spiders. "You've got this, just breathe." He continued to assure him, peeking out from behind their cover of trees, finding the spiders gathered around and looking for them.

He tried to think of a way to get passed them, or a way to kill them. "We could use a distraction..." He thought aloud, and immediately the still shaken Anxiety spoke up.

"If you're thinking of using me as bait it's not going to happen." He was reminded of a specific Lion King scene, but decided now wasn't the time for references. He finally let go of Roman's hand he forgot he was holding.

"Don't worry." Roman smiled. "I wouldn't make you do that. I'll handle that part, but you're going to have to sneak behind and kill them. Think you can do that?"

"Are you actually insane?" Anxiety deadpanned, and Roman laughed.

"What? You can do it." He held out the hilt of his sword to Anxiety, who looked at it warily.

"I don't know how to use that." He shook his head.

"Yeah you do! I taught you, remember?" He grabbed Anxiety's arm and made him take the sword, the other grumbling.

"Yeah, but you just taught me some simple stuff, not enough to handle this!" He griped, but Roman had stopped listening.

"Great! Now use it." Without another word he ran from their hiding spot, leaving Anxiety alone with his sword.
